Pace's Mobile Home Maintenance & Relevels

Mr. Pace releveled my Mom's trailer for us. He let us know everything he did along the way--- replaced broken blocks, tightened the tie down straps. He was very helpful, polite and reasonably priced.

Mr. Pace and his wife came out and did some work for me and my husband and we were very pleased with his finished work and they were very respectful and had no problem with any questions or concerns we had . I will definitely be In touch again soon thanks

Did a great job of re-leveling our house, checked/cleaned our roof, reattached fallen vents. Later replaced our home's skirt (well done and looks great!) Great, honest, hardworking people. 10/10 would recommend!

Our home was out of level and had some other repairs that were needed. Pace's responded quickly and they worked hard to get everything done. I would definitely recommend them.

Henry and his wife came to prep our home for the sand to be pumped in. They’re hard workers and did a great job. Taking extra care for our dogs not to escape. We will have more work for them to do after leveling and skirting.

Raised my mobile home after hurricane Ida but left it In very bad shape as far as the skirting and fixed back like a child had done it. Very unsatisfactory said I would be happy with his work before he left me. No I'm not happy at all. A shoddy job a child could have done better. More problems now than before they leveled it.

Henry and his wife did an excellent job on leveling our mobile home. It took him longer than he expected but he didn't quit till the job was done. He even pointed out a few problems that I have underneath my home. Good people to do business with and I already have him lined up for another project.
It's been about 2 months since Henry and his wife came to level our mobile home. Today they came back to do strapping and skirting. They were here about 9 hours and did a great job. Can't tell you how good it feels to find someone that does everything he says he will do. He always treats you with respect and very polite. Good people to do business with!

Mr. Pace’s work is exceptional! He went above and beyond just leveling our home. He replaced damaged blocks and tightened every strap. He put everything back just how it was before. His work is outstanding and we will absolutely use him again as well as recommend him to all of our friends and family. Very affordable for the work you will receive!

I have a very LARGE manufactured home and felt pretty defeated after hurricane Ida. I literally could not open my front door and could not lock my back door because my home was so unbelievably unlevel. They worked ALL day on my home; and when I say worked, THEY WORKED! He also fixed small things that he discovered under my home. They are very busy and had to work around soggy ground due to wet weather. There were many reschedules. I had to wait a while for them to get to me, not for they're lack of trying, but I waited and I am so happy that I did. They were well worth the wait. They are nice, polite, & very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier.

Mr. and Mrs Pace restored my faith in honest friendly professional people to hire and do a job to the 150% beyond the call of just what I hired them for. They are in Hammond and i live in Destrehan but did put me on the schedule for getting the mobile home i live in releveled after IDA. I had to wait 3 weeks and it was worth it. They came on the date we had scheduled today 22 Oct. They showed up on time. Not only did they releveled the mobile home and tighten the tie down straps but Mr. Pace told me of the problems i had starting with wasps nest all under the trailer and then identified my termite damages. i know i had some but not to the extent he told me. He also gave me guidance on what to do TODAY to get a handle on getting them killed. i had mounds in my blocks and all. i immediately got the termite killer he recommended and as they did each set of blocks he showed us how to put the termite chemical around the base of the block and how to spray the areas. Way more then what i hired him for. He also spent time on fixing the front door as best as can be until i get it replaced. Now it even locks. I would definitely recommend him for working on your mobile home. and his price was 50% less then any other quotes i was getting from other companies. i will definitely use him for my future repairs once he can gets to doing full repairs.

Pace came and leveled our home. They were very professional and did an excellent job. We are awaiting a quote on additional work and would recommend them to others.

Our mobile home hasn't been leveled for 20 years. it's a double wide. they came in and worked hard all day leveling it. It took longer then they thought and had to come back the next day to finish. it was in bad shape. it didn't cost anymore then they quoted to come back to finish. real nice people to have come work on your house.. We have had a roof leak for months. A few ppl came out to fix it but no luck. We found Mr. Pace on Google search. He came out on Saturday and had our roof leak fixed in 20 min. He knows what he's doing folks, give him a call.

Henry did super work! Our floor was ready to cave in and the repairs he made will probably last longer than the home. He is super polite, efficient and happy while he works. Very fair pricing. Can’t beat this place in my opinion. Very knowledgeable with all things mobile home!

We have called on Mr. Henry many times over the last year to do different jobs for us. He has always done Great work on all the jobs he has done for us. We couldn’t be happier. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy.

Mr Henry sealed off a leaking door installed incorrectly by the manufacturer. I feel like he went above and beyond in servicing my home despite a few setbacks with a wrong part being delivered and some weather issues. Mr Henry is straight forward about the repairs and does a good job.

Hired after someone else came in a screwed up our remodel on a bathroom. Mr. Pace came and repaired everything perfectly! Extremely nice and great worker! May take some time to get to you but it's well worth the wait! Will hire again!

I am very pleased with his work. This job was difficult from the start, between me ordering several wrong items, to Lowes delivering wrong items. Pace returned everything, pickout out great items to replace it and at a lower cost than what I ordered. He made sure he got the job done well & as quickly as he could with all the set backs. We will use him again for future repairs.

Please do not waste your time with this guy. At initial contact he stated he was licensed and insured, however he is not. We waited for three weeks for this guy to come out for roof repairs. When he finally came out to look at the work that needed to be done, he did not bring a tape measure nor a ladder and had me confused with another client thinking I needed to have the trailer leveled after several conversations of the roof leaking onto my couch. He will also tell you I can make it to you but then come back hours later and state he will be out tomorrow. He is not dependable, not licensed, not insured and not prepared.

I DO NOT recommend this company. The man that showed up at my home to do my estimate said he was the owner and when they came out to start leveling he told me that the owner only excepts cash and does not give receipts. They never show up when they say they will. They put you off for days.
