This company did the flip for the home we purchased. Do not buy a home from them. They cut corners and do not own up to their mistakes. They are dishonest, deceptive and untrustworthy. We have lived in our home for 24 hours and have run into a mountain of issues. Save yourself the time, money and headaches by looking elsewhere.
