Jeremy Edgar and Branded E Construction replaced my roof following a hail storm. Initially, I had trouble with the insurance company and Jeremy helped me navigate that and referred me to professional appraisers and adjusters who were able to assist in obtaining an excellent resolution. Once that was done, Jeremy and his team replaced the roof. The work was excellent, completed timely and Jeremy personally took care of all the details to be sure the extra work by other professions (metal fabricators, etc.) was done professionally and was he sure to get all that integrated seamlessly with the main work. I liked Jeremy the first time I met him several years ago and am so happy I hired his company to perform the work. He is trustworthy, attentive and a consummate professional. I am 100% satisfied with the work done and the way everything was handled. Jeremy even helped me update my new roof information with my homeowner's insurance which resulted in a reduction in my homeowner's insurance premium based on the quality and durability of the shingles he used. Outstanding!

If he had told me it needed replacing, I would have done it without question—but instead, he took the time to explain why it wasn’t necessary yet.

My husband and I are so pleased with our experience with Jeremy! We had a good sized tree fall on our house during the latest round of storms, which caused us to file our first ever claim with our home insurance company. We were newbies, but Jeremy coached us through the whole process and was so knowledgeable and straight-forward with any questions we had. He even stood up to our adjustor when significantly more shingles than necessary were damaged by a company that the insurance company themselves hired to remove the tree and temporarily tarp our roof. He was an excellent communicator every step of the way and always responded in a timely manner, which I loved! Had a great experience with Jeremy from Branded E Construction. I called requesting a roof inspection, he came right away and was on time. He advised that the roof was still in good shape and didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need yet. While inspecting the roof he noticed a vent for one of the bathrooms was not to code. (First pic grey vent) He gave me an estimate to replace, sent someone out quickly, and now I have a properly vented bathroom that is to code. There are not enough words to say how professional and kind Bryan and Jeremy were. From the very beginning they put me at ease. Any construction needs, call Jeremy. He goes above and beyond! After one of the recent storms, he noticed we had some tarps on the roof and offered to help. Though ours was a relatively small job, he did not put us off in favor of a larger one. They showed up exactly when he told me they would and other than a repaired roof I could not even tell they had been there. If you need a roof I highly recommend Branded E Construction. Our roof got damaged on March 4th, 2025 around 04:00 hours. Jeremy arrived at our residence just before 07:00 hours. He removed the larger branches that penetrated the roof and even went above and beyond to sweep the little branches and debris off the roof. Branded E Construction had us patched up and prepared for any other storms and wind. We went with a class 3 black GAF architectural shingles, black drip edge, black vents and black gutters. This complements our home very well! Customer service is great price is competitive, and the work is top notch! Thanks again to Jeremy and Branded E Construction crews!

Got two quotes from two companies for a simple roofing repair. One quoted me $500 to replace 4 feet of shingles, while Branded Construction was honest about how easy the repair would be and offered a much better deal. Great service and highly recommend!

With the wind gusts and micro bursts in March, we had 6-7 shingles come off our roof. I got quotes from half a dozen companies and some were outrageous.

I had a problem with my roof after a rainstorm and called Jeremy since I had worked with him before. He was on vacation with his family but he called Bryan who promptly came out the next morning. He took care of my issue and I feel like I’m in good hands. I will work with both of them when it comes time to replace my roof. Jeremy has been very fair every time I’ve had him come over. I recommended him to my neighbor after we had a major storm. Jeremy went right over and covered his roof with a tarp to prevent further damage and came back with all the materials to take care of their issue. We are new homeowners who had a very simple roof repair needed. A vent needed a cap. But being way too nervous to climb on the roof myself, I knew I was gonna have to hire someone. I texted Bryan at Branded E off the recommendation of a neighbor. He responded immediately, came out the very next morning to jump on the roof to "look at what size he would need". I have used Jeremy a few times over the years for roof issues. He is always prompt and professional. I had a leak in my roof and he sent Bryan over the same day to look for repairs. Bryan also recommended adding an additional turbine - my attic was August hot hot hot in November and it was clear air wasn't moving correctly. Bryan cleared my soffits and installed a new turbine. He was very professional and I WFH so was able to make sure he wasn't banging around my office when I let him know I'd be in a meeting at a specific time.

Recently i had a curiosity about the condition of our composite roof. We have had some light hail in our area, so I wanted to get some answers. Having had a previous contact with Jeremy, I called Branded E Construction. True to his word he agreed to have Bryan stop by and inspect the roof. We were under contract to sell our house and the home inspector thought the roof needed to be replaced, so we called Jeremy with Branded E Construction LLC based on a recommendation. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process. He came to inspect the roof and of course it had hail damage and needed to be replaced. I was concerned about getting the insurance company to cover the cost since I had switched insurance companies after the hail storm occurred that caused the damage. But Jeremy walked me through how to contact my previous insurance carrier to file a claim. He even came to meet the insurance adjuster on a Sunday to ensure he was there if they had any questions about what we needed covered. Once we got the approval that the insurance company would cover the replacement, we worked around some bad weather and his guys were able to get the old roof taken off and new roof put back on in one day and that is with it even raining for a couple hours in between. His guys were very thorough and clean and did a great job. I highly recommend using Branded E Construction LLC and will use them again if I need to in the future.

Avoid this company at all costs. They redid my roof and caused a splash at the front door. Long story short. They can't return my roof to the original condition and now curb appeal is hampered due to spash guards. These boys know how to talk... be wise of their slick and smooth talk, and if you roof is complicated get another company.

Hired Branded E Construction to roof my house after hail damage in May. Jeremy Edgar assisted me with my claim through the insurance company. Jeremy kept me informed about how my claim was progressing and when the claim was approved he was prompt in coming to my house and installing my new roof. Jeremy and his team were very professional, courteous, and skillful. They cleaned up the material and used the magnet to get all the metal nails and bits. Jeremy explained the roofing procedure and made sure it was up to the city of Hurst building code. I was also given a 10yr warranty from the shingle manufacturer.
