Words cannot explain the level of professionalism Randal and his team showed, our roof was damaged and leaking and the insurance company was giving us a hard time in replacing the whole roof, Randal fought tooth and nail to get them to agree. Randal’s team came at 7am and by 2:30 they cleaned up and they were gone. Thank you once again for all your help.

Not many places get 5 stars. This is the few that it's reserved for. First off quality of work, time to do the work. I also referred many people for their work and equally received great satisfaction of the work and the time to do it. My neighbor hired someone else and it took them 4 days and they left a mess all over my yard, Kevin/Randall's team did multiple perimeter sweeps to verify no trash or nails were left over and it was done in a day. Hopefully I never need to deal with this again but if I do, atleast this contractor is trustworthy.

Now that it has been 4 months since Randall and his great team of roofers, remodelers and painters completed our roof, with a few rainstorms in between. I want to attest that It was a wonderful, smooth process to work with Randall and Optic Home Solutions. Randall has excellent experience as an insurance adjuster and understands the claims industry. My wife an I were very impressed by the quality and extra attention to some specific details on our roof. I would highly recommend him and Optic Home Solutions if you are needing a roof or other home improvements.

I had a very good experience working with Optic Homes Solutions and Brandon through all the inspections and insurance requirements. My entire roof was replaced and some needed and upgraded vents were placed. They look great. Cleanup could not have been better. I would recommend O H S to anyone needing any repairs to their homes.

After the most recent storms, we worked with Randall to have some fence repairs done and the roof replaced after he was referred by a friend. Randall was flexible with our schedule, was knowledgeable about the insurance requirements and made sure to let us know of any changes that had to be made during the process. I have been a homeowner for over 40 years and owned numerous homes. I have needed to replace the roof in 3 homes over the years due to hail damage. Optic Home Solutions is by far the best company I have ever worked with for roof replacement. From the first sales call, to installation and follow up they were very timely, professional, and did outstanding work. I especially appreciated that they followed up a few days afterwards to make sure I was happy with the roof. The guys doing the roof were fast, friendly and had to put up with Texas heat in July. Felt sorry for them but they did a great job. Not a single nail or material was in my driveway at the end of the project. They have my complete recommendation for anyone needed a new roof and I know they also do other projects. I would totally recommend they for any of you home projects that they offer in their portfolio.

Randall and his team took all the stress out of my hail claim. They took care of the roof, gutters and windows quickly. The teams that came out were all great. They cleaned up after each service. They were very respectful and actually cared about doing the job right. I couldn’t recommend a better team and experience.

I really felt that Kevin did everything he could to make me happy. The gutter guards are just right. They are black and have the correct opening size. Also the are metal and not plastic. I have solar panels and no problem. In fact the panels were cleaned and now make more power. He upgraded the roofing materals so the roof is also better. Kevin worked with the insurance company and really made sure they bought everything. Excellent job!!

Randall was great to work with. I liked that he was a straight shooter and not a slick commissioned sales guy that over promises and under delivers. He does what he says he would. Im happy with the new roof, solar screens and gutter guards I got. One of the gutter guards fell off after the install and that was fixed promptly. Highly recommend him and Optic Home solutions

Nailed it (pun intended). After the dramatic hailstorm that hit our subdivision in May 2023, we found ourselves needing to replace our roof (for the third time in just six years). A different local roofing contractor replaced our roof the first two times, and they did a good job. So of course we called them for this third repair, but over the course of a few conversations we started to feel uneasy about working with them again. We mutually decided to part ways, which left us scrambling for a new company to depend on. (That ultimately turned out to be a good thing.)

We of course had been visited by no less than 15 prospective contractors during the weeks following that storm, and seriously considered a couple of them. But our next door neighbor had hired Optic Home Solutions to make their repairs, and their crews did a good job. So we called them and scheduled a meeting with owner Randall Ware.

From our first meeting and each time since, Randall has been so easy to work with and to communicate with. He has always been responsive and helpful, answering our myriad of questions along the way. He worked with our home insurance company to clear the path so we got the very best results for our roof, siding, windows, fence and more.

I'm sure there are many good and reputable contractors serving north Texas with quality workmanship, but we've also heard stories of situations that didn't work out so well. Finding and developing a trusting relationship with a contractor who knows what they're doing and knows the crews to hire for each discipline means a lot.

Before we hired them, I read some of the reviews online about Optic Home Solutions, and people's experience working with Randall. They were all positive, but one never knows for sure until you've worked with someone. What I can say now from firsthand experience is that Randall really is the real deal. Through this experience, Optic Home Solutions has earned our trust and confidence to contact for future home improvements.

I have used Optic Home Solutions several times over the last 5 years due to their great workmanship, reliability, communication, and expertise in dealing with insurance claims when needed. My first encounter was for a total roof replacement. Randall took the stress out of the process by dealing directly with my insurance company as my advocate. In later projects, which were much smaller scale and not worthy of an insurance claim, he gave fair pricing. I always shop around, and the prices I initially received were always very comparable, if not better than other bids. Now, with small projects, I don’t even shop around. I have a good idea of what fair is and he’s always well within my expectations. I have referred him to others, including my boss, and she too was very pleased with the results.

I've used Randall and Optic Home Solutions for at least three roof Jobs over the years. Many contractors have called and tried. I honestly give Optic Home my highest recommendations. I have never had any issues with this crew. They are very professional and i even had some small issues outside of my Roof and he sent his crew out to fix those and that wasn't even part of their duties. Many of these contractors seem a bit shady and even look a bit suspect but Randall always looks the part. Clean Honest and very respectful. Another big plus is he's knows how to deal with these insurance companies to get you the most for your claims. He'll have my Business as long as i'm in a home. This is not a paid post Optic Solutions honestly is the way to go for peace of mind and quality work with great customer service. Thanks Randall and team. You guys Rock!!

Optic Home Solutions was wonderful! They came out SAME DAY which is practically unheard of these days for roofers. Did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. We were very pleased with the work done by OHS. They were recommended by a friend, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had the roof retiled, new hardy board siding , exterior of house and fence painted, new gutters, windows replaced, interior ceiling replaced around windows, and new interior paint in several rooms. Randall and his company are fantastic! They were referred to me by a friend, who was getting her roof replaced after the recent hail storms. I had used another roofing company to repair roof damage on a home I was selling. My business dealing with Randall and Optic Home Solutions was great. I had three contractors come to my home before Randall. The other three just looked at the roof due to hail damage. We actually had a claim for the roof. When Randall showed up to meet the inspector, the claim was increased due to his expertise. I would have never thought to look at the air conditioner and expect to have it replaced due to hail damage. This is why you need Randall. He does not leave anything on the table. I recommend Randall and Optic Home Solutions if you want to maximize your insurance claim.
