Everyone we came in contact with throughout the entire process was very professional and friendly.
Cale set our appointment, Randy did our measurements and wrote the order. Juan kept in touch on timing and did our install. Finally Alex and Jonathan came by and did the quality assurance check.
All questions were answered and the work was done with high level of attention to detail and cleanliness. We are extremely happy!

Really like the windows. Great job, except that they did not vaccum the house and left it dirty after the install, but we let them go as is, as they were working all day with no breaks.

I absolutely love this company and the work that they do. From start to finish it was terrific. Cale and Harrison are awesome explaining the windows and the installation, we had a blast talking and visiting. Then you meet with Dante and he was also great with all the measuring and explaining things, enjoyed visiting with him also. Then you have the installers Jose, Eval, and Allen they were very professional and organized and very neat and clean. I absolutely love my windows and have nothing but good things to say about the company and their employees!!

They were very professional. Communicated well throughout. They installed 16 new energy efficient windows (priorly 60 year old windows). They cleaned up all work areas, vacuuming in front of all windows and taking away all old windows. They checked all windows following completion and showed us how to work the fixtures. We highly recommend their services!

Very happy with the overall service. Everyone was very respectful. From working with Brad at the start of the sale who was very considerate of timing while also providing detailed information on what to expect. To working with the install team Juan (installer) and Alex (Project Manager) both were extremely professional and considerate of the house needing to still function during install days. Took the time to ask where I wanted to start and went room by room from there so the whole house wasn’t under construction at once. Would pick up before moving onto the next room. Only reason I provided a 4 star review over 5 star was because the factory forgot to ship a window which is a reflection on the factory and not on Lone Wolf. They are expediting the window to avoid major delays in completion. Very happy and highly recommend Lone Wolf Exteriors!

We had a great experience using Lone Wolf Exteriors to replace an external door and several windows. Though the lead time was more than a month (custom materials) they did a great job communicating and were very transparent throughout the whole process. They even helped to get HOA approval. The installation team came on time, was very respectful, cleaned up the mess, and finished early.

I had the best experience with Lone Wolf Exteriors. They were extremely professional. We got beautiful beige windows and new custom colored doors and storm doors installed. The quality of the product is top notch. They offer a large array of color and style options with free estimates. The installers were amazing and did such a beautiful job. They even installed peep holes and new lock harware.There is a lifetime warranty for both the windows and the doors.. Their pricing was below the market average and they offered financing . I could not recommend this company more...It was an awesome expierence.

Jacob is a rockstar and spent many hours with us before we purchased our new windows several weeks ago. We just had the windows installed today and we are so happy. By the way Jacob kept his word and showed up at the end of the install to do a final inspection, he was very detailed and check all the windows to make sure he was also happy with the install. We worked with Jacob and cannot recommend him and lone wolf enough. We had a lot of quotes and Jacob made the entire process seamless. It didn’t feel like he pushed anything on us and listened to our needs. The install was quick and professional. The crew walked the entire property with me twice, interior and exterior, to make sure everything was installed properly.

Brad came out and gave us the rundown for their windows and the installation process. There was no upsell and he was super up front about everything. Installation day cam about 2 weeks early and the guys worked surprisingly fast. Over all a super easy and quick experience for a good price!

Very professional, nice, and efficient.I also got my sliding glass door done .in August 2024 everything went great I love the door easy to slide & lock plus I got a new sliding screen that came with it all is so beautiful very energy efficient everyone was so nice just like with the windows this place knows what they're doing.

The very best money my wife and I have ever spent on the house. One of the biggest observations we have noticed is the noise reduction, oh my, our backyard borders up with a thoroughfare through the neighborhood and vehicle noise was a nuisance, but with the new windows it is a non factor now. In addition, our back faces the West and heat has always been an issue, NOT anymore. Jacob and CJ have been the best to work with as well.
