I own an older mobile home with a slightly curved, non-shingle roof. I had some leaks and called around but nobody would even look at my roof either because they didn’t do this type of roof, or because there was snow on it. But Peter at PD Roofing came right out to look at it, kept the snow removed from my roof, and once the weather held, I had a newly resealed roof. He went above and beyond by installing a special bracket on my carport roof to channel rainwater to the gutter that previously had been cascading over the front edge. The generous warranty on materials and labor gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend PD Roofing, especially if you have a non-shingle type roof.

The owner Peter is personable and professional. He did an excellent job with my roof and when I noticed I had a leak he came out right away to diagnose and resolve the issue. It turns out, there was a space adjacent to my roof that created a leak whenever I experienced a heavy rain downfall not the roof itself. He repaired it at no additional cost and his price and warranty for the roof itself was very reasonable. I appreciate his assistance in resolving secondary issue after putting brand new roof on my home.

Peter and His Sons did a really great job on cleaning gutters, installing new gutter guards, cleaning roof of tree debris and power-washing our entire house. Been about 5-6 years since it was last done. They fixed all the long-standing “issues” and made everything look new and fresh. Peter was professional, polite and caring. Look forward to working with Him in the future.

End of march /2022 a strong wind have occurred my area and damaged the roof badly and unfortunately it was necessary to replace entire roof. after made search different company I have decided to go with PD Roofing. they are very professional., explained the details and when the job will be done. after completing the job they back again and confirmed make sure no concern. I'm so satisfied with their work. for sure I would like to recommend for any roof project. way to go PD roofing.

Very unprofessional. The owner who I spoke with mentioned there would be a 5 year warranty, but this was not the case. A month later when there was a heavy rainfall and I was able to truly assess if P&J repaired the leak. Peter came out to evaluate 3 days after the rainfall and told me there are no problems. (The water had dried up at that point). Additionally, I had another roofer evaluate my roof leak since the owner appeared to dismiss my concerns and he found multiple problems. The roofer who evaluated my roof said it looks like an amateur job with lots of areas around the flashing for water to penetrate due to a poor caulking job. I contacted the owner of P&J again /sending him pictures of where there were visible holes, he came out, got up on the roof and denied any problems. This company doesn’t seem to believe in accountability or good customer service practices. I paid them 1700, and now have to hire another roofer to repair the problem I hired p& J to complete. Would not recommend!

Wonderful family owned and ran business. Peter came out to give me an estimate the same day I called needing services. Not even about a week after that him and his boys were back out getting started on repairing my roof. So thankful for all of the great reviews that led me and my family to Peter. Our roof was leaking and we had a hard time finding someone to fix it in a timely manner. Most of the companies we called seemed to not care or need the work. Peter was kind and attentive from the very beginning. He understood the urgency, fixed it promptly and explained everything thoroughly. He fixed the roof at our house and now we have him working on one of our commercial buildings that also needed roof repairs.

The only improvement I would have appreciated would have been their placing drop cloths and such to catch the debris from the tear-off because this debris fell inside my home. They did do a broom clean up, but it’d have been best to minimize the stuff falling in. That tweek would have made them a 10!!!!

We had some leaks beginning to appear in our drywall after heavy rain and started calling around to roofing companies. PD Roofing was incredibly responsive and were able to come inspect right away. They gave a thorough and honest assessment of our roof and the repairs were done within days of our initial contact. We’ve worked with a few contractors over the years for various things in our home, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. A few days after the repairs, we had more heavy rain (no leaks!) and they called us to check to make sure everything was good. Very impressed with their customer service and their work.

Came to attempt a repair of his previous work and actually more damage and I ended up having to have another roofer repair his attempted repair job. I would not recommend this company at all

Peter has a great sales presentation and appeared to do great work until the leaks and problems started. Since the leaks this company has NOT honored their warranty and has NOT stood behind their work. Instead Peter has continued to blame everything under the sun except the quality of his work that continues to leak into my place of business. I would NOT recommend this company.
