Todd is a true professional. He makes the roof replacement process simple and efficient. While working with Todd, I don't have to worry a thing. I trust him greatly and will recommend his services whenever I can!

If I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID this roofing company. They were a mess from start to finish. I say finish loosely because it's STILL incomplete despite them promising me a one day job. I asked the person setting everything up to please give me a few days notice as to when the crew would be coming out to drop off materials so I could be expecting them. Never heard a word. Just came outside to people dropping off materials and asking me to move vehicles. The crew came out the day scheduled around 11:30AM, only to immediately begin eating lunch and sitting beneath a tree for a while. They finally started working around 1PM until dark where they then proceeded to leave behind materials and nails for my kids to step on. Needless to say, the roof was NOT complete. The woman setting up then informed me they had taken the wrong measurements of my roof and didnt have enough materials but assured me she'd get them the following day and FOR SURE it would be complete. The following day the crew said they would be out at 4:30, they showed at 5:45. It was at this point I realized their shotty work and also that they decided to PUT A DIFFERENT STYLE OF ROOF without my consent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Poorest communication I've ever had with mediocre work. Spend your money elsewhere.

Would definitely recommend Ozone Roofing to anyone looking have a positive experience in having your roof replaced. From prior experience I was concerned about the mess that would be left behind. Was really quite shocked, when I watched several different individuals walk through the yard picking up debris and cleaning up the area, then the last thing they did was pull the trailer out of my driveway, then come back and sweep and clean around where the trailer had been sitting, leaving it just as they found it.
