Owens Construction just finished re-siding our entire house and replaced several windows due to damage from a garage fire. With this being an insurance job, it definitely has had hurdles. From the get-go, JB got out of the truck and instantly told me that they did not make our siding anymore and proceeded to help me navigate and check all the boxes that the insurance was trying hard to prevent. Zach, Victor and their crew have been pleasant and easy to work with. We are very happy with the appearance of our new siding and feel that they took steps that a lot of contractors would not have. Not only would we speak to them at Wal-Mart, but we'd recommended them and would happily do business with them again.

I appreciate Owens Construction Services, their professionalism and attention to detail during the quoting process. They were prompt in responding and provided a detailed estimate faster than expected. While we ultimately went in a different direction for our home remodel project, I appreciate the attentiveness, timely follow-up, and dedication to customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again for future projects.

After discovering a leak in our kitchen we had our roof inspected. It had been leaking around our chimney. We had 4 companies come and give an estimate. Owens wasn't the least expensive and by FAR the most. They were the only one to show up when they said they would. They brought proof of insurance and samples. (The only ones to do this)

Zach and Victor were very professional and seemed knowledgeable. We chose Owens and I'm glad we did. They stayed in constant contact. Their estimate did not change. They were within 5 minutes punctual for every time they gave me.

Our roof looks terrific.

I recently experienced an issue with the framing panel around my garage. I called Owens Construction Services as recommended in one the community services mailers! So happy I did!!! Mr. JB promptly came out to access my situation and provided a quote accordingly. Mr. JB was amazing and assured me Owens would be able to quickly fix the issues within a couple days to avoid the issues from becoming worse. Mr. JB exhibited a truly awesome southern hospitality approach to doing business which truly helped diminish my anxiety as this was my first foray in using a contractor on this level. The issue was indeed completed in a couple days and I couldn’t be happier!!!! My five star rating is truly earned & deserved!!! I highly recommend!!!

Owens Construction placed a desperately needed beautiful new roof on my multi house rental property. The entire process from estimate to financing to placement was very easy and timely . I was kept up to date during the whole process. Zach and Dustin were great with communication!

JB and Zack did a great job of coordinating my gutter project, which included demolishing an existing built-in box gutter system and installing subfascia, fascia, soffit, gutters, gutterguards and soffit lighting. The project was started and completed on time and within budget -- and it looks great too!

I have had two projects done by Owens, and both were done quickly and professionally. They helped me redo an unusual roof and put up a new deck. Prices are always competitive and everyone I’ve dealt with has been pleasant and up front.

Had new Trex railings installed and they did a great job. Had an issue with one small section but they came out and took care of it. I highly recommend them.

We had a new roof installed after a storm caused roof damage they ordered better product at no extra cost than what insurance company allowed to make sure the job was done correctly and didn't pass the extra expense on to us. Product was delivered and a start date was provided. Very unexpected received call saying that they were able to move the job up a week to start sooner. Arrived early am with a full crew and completed an estimated 2day job in 1 full day. Thank you

Owens did a fantastic job on my deck, front porch, and roof. They delivered exactly what I wanted for a fair price. JB was wonderful to work with and excellent at communicating the schedule and making sure I was happy with what was being built, checking in along the way. One of the workers made a mistake that was immediately remedied and JB worked very hard to make it right quickly, going above and beyond. The crew that finished the job, the roofers, the gutter team, and the crew that worked on the front porch were so respectful of my home and worked hard to take care of it.

They did a quality job with the 8x8 extension to my deck and the crew was able to knock it out in one day. Update their subs used cheaper wood and I've been waiting since July 26th for them to come out and replace it. UPDATE they came out and repaired my problem after letting me know that my contact had a medical issue , they also did some work for me that they usually don't do, I was pleased with that completed job, my only complaint was clean up after the work was a little to be desired, (lots of nails left on a garage floor)

Owens brothers installed a roof for me in 2019. Started having issues with water coming in around stove vent January 2023. I contacted them and Dustin came out in 3 days to check it out. He sealed around vent and found some issues that were probably the cause of leak. Told me if I had any more issues to call back. Thank you for the quick response.

Dustin came over and tarped my roof right away once I called and said I had a leak. Answered any questions I had thoroughly and charged me what he quoted me. His crew was in and out and completed the job in 1 day. Highly recommend and very professional!!

Good luck to anyone trying to get work done. I initially had them out in July to give me quotes on multiple projects ($30-40k worth at least: roof, front patio, doors, fence, deck, kitchen wall demo, hardwood flooring). It became obvious the guy was only interested in selling me a roof. I called them to put a deposit down but first confirmed what warranty they offer for the roof, they lied about what level they offered (said 10 yr workmanship versus standard 2 yr). That didn't sit well with me since my last roof only lasted 9 years (trust is vital). So, I went with another roofer, same product, same "warranty" but cheaper. Had them come out again in October to get quotes for a few of the other things (figured I'd keep it small since they didnt get back to me when it was a tall order), they came out, said theyd have a quote by end of the week, called multiple times and still no quote. Oh well, they wasted my time and theirs, and I've now already got a reliable contractor ticking off the projects as we speak. Lesson learned. If they treat you expendable from the get-go, then you let 'em go cause you probably dodged a bullet.

Owens Construction gave a fair, detailed quote to replace our steps and landing. The contract was easy to understand and the work was professional and affordable. Maximized our garage space easily. Completed the job in a timely and courteous manner.

Incredibly sweet and super fast paced, got all 10 windows installed in less than 3 hours. Very courteous and quite considering my newborn was at home during the install. There was practically no mess made either! Very happy with the final product. This is our first house and first improvement project couldn't have gone smoother.

Even after recent widespread wind damage in the area, not to mention an ongoing pandemic, Owens Construction responded promptly and professionally to our request for an estimate to replace our damaged roof. Their price was very competitive, and the work was completed in a very high quality manner within the promised time frame. Their amazing roofing crew performed exceptionally well … they worked very safely, efficiently, and professionally in all aspects. They will definitely be our "go to" contractor for future roofing as well as other needed repairs or upgrades.

I was needing some home repairs after a storm and I was getting people that wouldn't show up after they said they would and those that did was giving me very high estimates. I found Owens construction here on Google. They came out the very next day. Gave me the best estimate. He was very polite on time and his company offered everything I needed. They put me on the schedule that was about 2 weeks out. But They ended up coming three days later and completing the job. Wow. I was very impressed with their timing their quality of work. cleaning up the mess after the job was complete. By far the best remodeling company I've ever dealt with. I Highly recommend and will use for any future jobs

We’ve recently remodeled our home using Owens Construction for new windows, roofing and siding. We couldn’t be any happier with the results. Our house looks like a brand new home. We were pleased with each crew that came out. Jeff and Aaron, who installed our siding were very hard working and friendly. We felt like they went above and beyond not only providing exceptional work but making sure to always clean up before they left. I filled out an online quote request and got a prompt call back, however, the gentleman wanted to charge me $75 for an estimate. The website had no mention of a charge (and still doesn't). The person I spoke to said he would wave the charge since they just started this policy.

Chris Thompson came out to view the work and after a lengthy discussion we agreed that he would provide two estimates. One for chimney removal and another for siding my home. After waiting a week for pricing I contacted Chris to find out where the hold up was. I got several apologies from Chris for his late response and that turned in to no response at all.

I am still puzzled why they would waste their time if they had no intention of quoting.

So far they have gotten a good start on our driveway. We are pleased at this time with the progress. We will post a final review upon completion of the job.

They have completed two projects for us. After buying our house we wanted to make a few changes. They installed a fence for us which was on a hill with a rocky ground. It’s perfect!! Could not have asked for better. They also fixed our back deck which was poorly built before we moved in. Again A+ highly highly recommend them. We will be calling them for our next project!

Dustin and his folks did quite a bit of work on a home we purchased for our final home here in Cleveland, before we relocated here from Florida.

Most of our communication after the initial meeting was over the telephone and email, with a stop now and then to check progress.

I must say that the finished product was incredible. My wife and I are more than pleased! We will be calling them back when we start the next phase of work on our home.

It’s not to often that you come across a contractor that does what they say their going to do, when they say they’re going to do it, and for the price that they say they’re going to do it for. Owens Construction lived up to all of the aforementioned.
