Overson replaced the underlay on our tile roof and replaced the flat surface above the garage. Cracked tiles were also replaced. Josh made a "before and after" inspection video, so that we could see what needed to be done, and then, what was completed. Roofers were fast and efficient. Total time on the job was 4 days. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up, after the work was completed. Very happy with the whole process and outcome.

Great experience. Ben the estimator was very knowledgeable explained the between the 3 different options for my tile roof. Oscar and Angel worked hard everyday from 5 till 2. Mario the supervisor was there everyday checking the progress and letting me know what damage they found and what repairs were needed. Ben even stoppped by the first day to make sure everything was getting started well. They finished it today and it looks great. Mario changed the way the trim tiles were done on the front and it looks much better than the original. I chose the 25 year warranty which is transferable to a new owner. Overson will come out every 2 years and inspect for free. I might have been able to have it done for less but I’m very impressed with the quality of the work. The bitterness of poor quality lasts long after the sweetness of low price is gone. I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the quality and attention to detail. This is my third roof project with Overson over the past 47 years. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back again for any future work.

I chose 3 roofing companies to give me an estimate on my roof repair. All 3 were really close in their estimates for the repair. What made up my mind by choosing Overson was the rep actually showed me all the materials that would be used in the repair project. Who made the products etc. That gave me peace of mind. Could I have chosen a less costly underlayment? Yes, and the rep explained the difference in different materials and the cost. Overson also told me the project would take a day and it did. What I also liked was their work supervisor came after the job was complete to inspect the work and made minor minor touches. All workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Job well done.

Darron was great and went above and beyond. I didn't end up choosing them, but I am grateful for Darron going up in the attic to inspect the decking and structure. That really helped me make an informed decision. I ended up selecting a different company due to product and cost but Overson was very professional and thorough.

Ive used Ocerson roofing to roof my house and shop and recently a smaller shed. I wasnt sure if the shed job was too small but they took the job regardless. They were on time and the two guys that did the work were great. Fast and efficient and very polite. Cleaned up the area around along with trash they didn't even need to. Pricing was on par and I will definitely recommend Overson Roofing to anyone that needs roofing done. Great company and people!

Found OVERSON ROOFING at the home and garden show at Westworld. Had already contacted local Casa Grande roofers for redoing our 25 year old tile roof to get estimates. What drew us to their booth was a sign that said they were certified by Rosie on the House. Then saw BBB accredted, Google rated 4.8, Licensed, Insured and other recommendations. Our contact person there was Stephen Chaidez who was very knowledgable of their product & service. After arranging to have him come by to give us an estimate we chose to go with Overson. For just a little less than previous estimate, we were going to get the solar panels removed cleaned and replaced, all metal flashings, valleys, t-tops, vents etc. replaced, new better grade underlayment, (think tar-paper), and full clean up every day. Overson, besides having a great crew remove and replace everything, had Beau Putman, director of operations, stop by everyday to check that the job was being done to his satisfaction. The roof is now done. It looks great with tiles fit perfectly and straight. The tile edge flashing even included Bird-Stop metal flashing that we didn’t have before. I highly recommend this company, their workers and Beau & Stephen especially for giving us a new roof.

I needed chimney caps and mesh wiring this go round and they did a superb job once again. I had my entire roof done several months ago by Overson, and it was a great job as I previously posted. Blake from Overson Roofing came out to do and inspection and look at a small repair to my roof. Blake was on-time, friendly and did a comprehensive roof inspection. Overson Roofing just replaced our roof and it was an easy experience. Ben explained our options and answered our questions. When it came time for the project, DJ dropped off the trailer so it was out of the way. Beau’s crew did a great job. Beau and his crew were easy to work with and cleaned up the site daily. We’ve used them before and they consistently do quality work.

The men that put the new roof on were very good and did a fantastic job of cleaning the property after they were done. The only thing that I would like to see would be better communication between the office and the customer I talked this over with The project manager and he told me he would address it in the weekly meeting. Overson Roofing did a fantastic job replacing part of my roof that started leaking from my living room ceiling during the last big rain storm. Overson came to my house right away to assess the roof and provided an estimate for replacing a portion of the roof that had water damage - especially near the air conditioning unit and chimney.
The crew was very efficient and finished repairing our roof yesterday - and it looks great! Crew leader Mario was very friendly, kept me up-to-date on the progress and shared photos of the work before and after completion of the project!

Ben Butler came out inspected and found my roof to be in good shape. With a possible check in updates in a few years. A bit of wear and tear but nothing so drastic that it needs repair. Totally honest! Love that in a company. Thank you Ben for being professional and top notch!

Surprisingly bad experience. Based on the good reviews, I called them, but every interaction was terrible. They took forever to come out, then the tech didn't follow the instructions to not disturb my Airbnb guests. I said I was getting another bid because his quote was surprisingly high and said I needed to replace things that didn't need to be replaced. Somehow the tech told the office that I signed an estimate when I didn't. So they kept scheduling installations and nearly disturbing my guests again. I called someone else, saved a ton of money and way better customer service.

Words cannot fully express our satisfaction with this company, especially with roofing inspector Ben Butler. On time, courteous, professional and honest. He explained everything to us in detail. The home belongs to my grandma who is 101 years old, and he was patient and caring while taking the time to explain the entire process to her. We all talked after he left about how grateful we were to have found this company. From scheduling the inspection, to scheduling the repairs, we have been completely satisfied.

I called, Ben came out and spent time with my husband and I to make sure we understood the assignment while we made sure he understood ours He was detailed in showing us a video and explaining what was needed for our roof repair...since we don't make a habit of climbing up on the roof for fun...but I digress. Ben explained and showed us samples of different products they use and how they work. I appreciate service with a smile and questions answered right then at the site visit...let's me know they know their stuff and Ben absolutely does. Call and see for yourself ~ you'll be glad you did!

Overson Roofing came to my home on January 27, 2025 for a minor roof repair. The entire experience was excellent. I set up an appointment time one week prior and the support staff at the office were efficient and courteous. In fact on the day of the appointment they called to find out if they could come earlier in the day due to rain in the forecast. A Mr. Jose Hernandez came at the appointed time and performed a great repair. Mr. Hernandez was very professional. Highly recommend Overson Roofing.

The estimate was fair, and they justified the estimate with pictures. When the job was complete, they used a magnet to sweep the job site to ensure no nails were left behind to injure people or pets. Oscar, Larry, Joe, and the project manager, Carlos, were all very professional and communicative. Thanks for a great experience from start to finish.

Since they have been bought out by Vertex a hedge fund company, they hired a GM that is incompetent and has zero knowledge of the business/ sales and increased their prices over 40% over all other roofing companies in the Valley! Don't waste your time the Overson family isn't even part of the company anymore!

Recently had an entire tile roof replaced by Overson on a house we bought.
Beau, Jaime and crew did an excellent job. Everybody I've delt with at Overson's has been very helpful they do not try to push sales, they simply provide the information so you can make the best decision for your needs. Through out the entire job the crew kept everything cleaned up, nothing left to blow around and used a ground mat to minimize the forklift from marking up the drive way. Super happy with the job.

We were in need of a new roof (everything except for most of the tiles) and I stumbled upon Overson Roofing at the Home & Garden Show. I spoke with Jed and he mentioned that they may not be the cheapest, but they were the best. I had such a great experience with that one encounter that I booked a consultation for the following week. Joe came out for our inspection and was very personable, explaining all of our options. We decided to proceed with Overson, as the price point was right for us. The financing process was mostly easy, with only one minor hiccup that required me to call to finish the application, but the Greensky rep was quick and I was soon on my way. I almost immediately got a call to schedule my project and we were able to get started sooner than we were quoted. Carlos, DJ and Julian's Crew were spectacular! They were courteous and mindful of our dogs. They worked hard and you can tell they have pride in what they do. The communication was on point throughout the entire process, start to finish. We were originally told the project would take 4-5 days. They finished in 2.5! I am 100% satisfied with Overson Roofing and want to thank Jed, Joe, Julian's Crew, DJ and Carlos again for their hard work, dedication to their craft, and for making this such an easy and positive experience!

The Overson team was very thorough. The workers were diligent, the management on top of things and checking in with me on person daily, the home office staff responsive, the time frame for starting and completing re-doing the roof very quick, and overall providing a great experience!

We know a lot about flat roofs having reroofed ourselves many years ago. Overson was very carefully chosen from quite a few roofers and we made the right choice. Their workers (Jorge, Jerry, Mario and Jose) are highly experienced and they care about the quality of their work. They kept us informed daily of what they were doing with pictures and descriptions; they arrived on time and worked diligently and answered questions with knowledge, experience and patience. They removed all the debris and kept the property cleaned up. We have a high loft inside and I was able to watch part of the work from an inside window. There are so many scams in the roofing industry but this is one of the best choices I have made in my life regarding a house repair. Thomas came out to inspect our existing roof and give us an estimate. He was very professional and informative. He gave us 3 estimates within a couple of days, and we selected one of them. The work was scheduled soon after and a date was set for the work to begin. The office kept us informed of the start date, and that date never changed. The crew came out on that date and anticipated time. Carlos was the supervisor, and he was very professional throughout the process. The work was completed in a timely manner, just as Carlos explained to us on the first day of job. The crew was very professional as well, consisting of Jerry, Felipe, Juan and David. I am a former general contractor. Whenever possible, I like to get at least three estimates for any project. Overson’s estimate was the fourth one I solicited. I went up on the roof when Tim, the estimator for Overson, inspected the flat roof on my house. I was impressed with his thorough inspection. Two of the estimates I solicited were very similar in price. While Overson was not the lowest estimate, I found the language in their agreement acceptable and the description of the work to be most complete. The roofing crew was experienced, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The project supervisor, Carlos, listened to my concerns and addressed the areas that I pointed out as current roof issues. He instructed the crew to remove and replace roofing fabric where necessary and added fabric to parapet areas where I suspected there might be leaks. My recoated roof looks beautiful.

I am very concerned that the tiles are so fragile. The solar guys said they broke about 80. I realize we have a 25 year warranty on any leaks but I am concerned about tiles breaking!
