Bradley Glaspell and Over The Top Roofing are horrible. They never even finished the entire job. They never came back to fix the interior drywall from the original leaking roof as stated in the contract. Also the new roof they put on started leaking after only 6 months! Happy to hear he is under arrest and facing multiple charges for the way he has treated his customers.

Signed a contract 8 weeks ago. Paid the ridiculous 50% down which was cashed within 24 hours. Weeks pass. No contact from anyone there that actually addresses my questions. None of the phone numbers ring, they all go to voicemail. Brad called back once and had the audacity to show up to our house and spin lies about why things haven’t been done but he would be back the next day to do some measurements. He said that you’ll see people bad mouthing him on the Internet, blah blah blah… and then and there I should have said people are usually right when they have been taken, and should have asked for my money back then. The guy is not physically able to do the work, and that’s obvious. He didn’t show up. When I emailed the company I get the excuse from the office that he has a bad memory. Also they don’t work weekends (when I emailed on a Friday morning). When he was at my house with my spouse, he told us all these excuses from only having seven people working for him, to materials on back order or shortage, to COVID, to having to fire the salesperson for not doing his job, to having health issues and some story about having his truck totaled recently. He appears one way, but clearly his is a scammer. I can’t even find his business and contracting license with the WV Division of Labor. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will pursue any and all necessary actions to get this resolved. DO NOT GIVE HIM A DIME!

Please don’t be another victim of this company. He portrayed himself as a church going, good Christian, be he is anything but. We hired this company for several projects totaling $38,776. Thankfully we were paying separately for each project. $10,000 deposit on 4/8/21, roof was completed on 4/29. Paid $14,000 for the finished roof and to start the siding. The roof total cost was $14,000. I have repeatedly asked when he was going to start the siding. He kept saying covid and delays and staff issues. I would like to believe it’s all an honest mistake but he told me the material was delivered on 6/7/21. I’ve not heard anything from him since 7/24/21. I have asked that he give me the siding and I would take it off the $10,000 he owes. I’m trying to do the right thing. I don’t know how he can sleep at night taking so many peoples money like he has done.
