Contractor were always on the property communicating with updates and progress. Crew was fantastic working in the cold and hot weather and cleaning up every day after work.

Sarah helped me with a leak in my roof. She was professional, knowledgeable and provided me with a quote the same day for repair. She was able to get a crew out the next day before more rain came. The repair was done well and resolved the issue!

We hired Over-the-Top Roofing for a complete roof replacement. Our experience was very positive: efficient communication, good attitude, willingness to accommodate our schedule, great workmanship, impeccable cleanup. The new roof is beautiful. Over The Top replaced my roof a couple of months ago. I can't say enough about this company. They got out way faster than expected, and the job was completed in less than a day! They were so clean, too. Once the dumpster was removed, we didn't see another piece of trash related to the repair.

Over the Top Roofing roofed my house, did work on the chimneys, and installed new gutters. Sarah, the sales representative, and Junior, the owner, were very responsive and professional in addressing my particular concerns, which made them very easy to work with. I think that the work performed and the materials used were high quality. In sum, I am very satisfied with Over the Top’s work and do not hesitate to recommend them.

Our roof is something that we only wanted to deal with once so we got quotes from a lot of roofers in the area. Over the Top (and Sarah) were direct, communicative and responsive and made sure that we were comfortable with everything before moving forward. Once we accepted the quote, they fit us in the next day.

Not only did they replace the main roof, but they also installed a solar fan to keep the attic cool, vented our bathroom fan through the attic (finally!) and installed a cricket behind the chimney. They took care of our flat roofs and made sure they were done correctly. Both Sarah and Junior checked in with us throughout the process and made sure that we felt like a part of the decision making process. They cleaned up everything as they were going.

Great roofing service at a reasonable price!

Our 1500sqf roof was in a bad shape and needed a complete replacement, and it took their team only 6 hours from teardown to cleanup. They left everything clean and tidy after completion. No extra charges, except for optional chimney work that they addressed on the spot.

Sarah was always available and very professional in coordinating and guiding us through the process. Junior, the owner, came by for a final walkthrough and we had a good chat.

Couldn't be happier. They were great in all aspects of the job. They came and gave a quote immediately, answered my questions, and gave me an honest and accurate timeline of when they could complete my roof. They communicated with me along the way and made it seem like they were truly thankful for my business. They were able to match the roof perfectly and while they WERE the most affordable (exactly what I was expecting and hoping to pay) I chose them because of how kind and communicative they were. I had multiple companies come to our Home owners association to replace our flat rubber roof and Over the Top was the best pricing. We had a roof leak. Sarah came and gave us a very detailed report with photos from her drone and two proposals, one for repair and one for a new roof. Because all other roofers we called said we needed a new roof, we decided to replace the roof. Over The Top Roofing's quote was reasonably priced and came with the best material and warranty, and they were very responsive and clear in communication so we went with them. They first mad a temporary fix for the leak which was free of charge and stopped the leak. They were very accommodative of our schedule and when the time came for the roof replacement, they came early every day, worked throughout the day and cleaned up really well after each day. They did a great job. They covered up everything when they started in the morning and cleaned up everything up when the day was done. The new roof looks great and looking at the rest of the house and yard you would not know there was any work done. I highly recommend them.

We hired Over the Top Roofing for a repair of our 3rd floor front porch to ensure it was pitched correctly and waterproofed. OTT was communicative, professional, tidy, and got the work done in a timely manner. They also use technology to their advantage, leveraging drone photography, detailed digitail invoicing, and SMS/text for status updates. Over The Top roofing was top notch. Sarah came to do an assessment and I was impressed that she used a drone to take photos of my roof. After some rainy weather the guys were finally able to do the work, and I got to see the completed photos after. They were able to fix my issue which was water leaking into my house due to cracks in the mortar in my chimney and issues with the flashing around it. Everything is great now. Sarah was very communicative and I didn’t have to ever worry about whether they were going to follow through or not which is an issue with some contractors. Very pleased with the work!!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Over The Top Roofing in a heartbeat! We are a small condo association in Salem, 100 year old building, which needed chimney removal, a porch roof re-do and some gutter and flashing replacement. Over the Top could do it ALL, and at an incredibly good rate. I got estimates from 2 other great local companies and OTT gave the best offer, which was about 70% less than the most expensive offer! I had confidence they knew what they were doing, going by all the excellent and testimonials. Front person Sarah is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, as all the reviews indicated. She came out promptly, took drone photos and explained what would be done very similar to the other contractors. Negotiating the contract and scheduling dates were easy, communication was good throughout the process, and they did all the work in the expected timeframe. They are FAST! Everything looks great and it was so affordable for our budget. I like to support local/smaller contractors, and would highly recommend Over the Top Roofing!

We called to get our roof replaced, and Sarah got back to us quickly to come take a look at what we needed. She provided a great overview of what needed to be done, the materials used, and great pictures of the damage we needed fixed. On the day of the job, Junior and the crew were very quick, and did a fantastic job with both the work and cleanup.

Junior is professional, honest and upfront with everything start to finish. We had some extras that needed to be done and he was transparent with everything along the way. It all started with Sarah. She is very professional and at the same time friendly. She communicated well. I knew what to expect and therefore there were no surprises. The crew replaced our entire roof in two days as well as removing our unused chimney and patching the hole. They arrived early in the time slot given and immediately got to work. They were very contentious of protecting our house and collecting nails by putting down tarps as they stripped the previous roof. They used ice and water shield throughout the entire roof, not just the first portion of it. They made sure to leave our house protected from rain overnight so that no water came into the hour. We would HIGHLY recommend Over The Top Roofing to help anyone with their roofing needs.

I recently had my roof replaced by Over the Top Roofing. They’re fantastic - highly professional from the moment they came to look at the job. They provided a fair quote and most importantly, made it clear they were eager to get the job through quick responses and follow ups. They came and replaced my roof in one day. Had a new section of gutter installed along the side of my house. I was having an issue w my old gutter overflowing and now everything works great!
