I hired a home contractor to plan and carry out a home remodel, but they were negligent in various aspects. They made mistakes in ordering materials, often getting the wrong sizes and not confirming the measurements of the architect's plans, resulting in the entire house being built 8 inches off. This has led to support beams being in the wrong place and irreversible impacts on the home's value. Additionally, they ordered a custom patio sliding door that was supposed to be a 4-panel door but ended up being a 3-panel door, contrary to the architectural plan I approved. The contractor also incorrectly applied an 18% markup on multiple orders, double-charged for window installation, and did not return funds to me from a refunded check from the window company. Please use any one else for home building in Manson or Chelan or face the consequences that I did.
