47 Reasons Construction LLC

We recently had Tom and his crew from 47 Reasons Construction install a new roof on our home, which is a double wide that was in serious need of a replacement roof. Tom was exteremely easy and pleasant to work with, always cordial and kind and with a depth of experience that was apparent when we were first going over the project details. After an in depth examination of the roof and its structural integrity Tom drew up several different quotes for options that we had, on how best to fix the issues that were found. The home ended up needing not only a tear off and resheeting of the plywood underlayment but Tom also discovered that many of the trusses that held up the roof were either rotten, cracked, or broken entirely. It was such a relief knowing that they found this potential roof cave in before it happened, and we were able to get the trusses repaired and the entire roof rebuilt on top. There were a few situations that popped up when dealing with the existing porch extension and a back porch add ons that had sunken over time and were no longer level. Tom and his crew handled these issues with ease and foresight, installing a vinyl roofing material on the porch and deck roofs that tied them into the new metal roofing of the main house perfectly. The materials they used were top notch and the expertise they brought to the project really showed. The process was easy and quick, and the end product of our lovely and strong new roof was even better than we had imagined. Nobody does it better. Tom and his staff follow through on promises, do better than imagined, strive to be proud of their work/art, and are always cheerful and communicative. Tom and his team started removing my roof on a Monday and finished installation that Friday. Tom called every day with updates and kept me fully informed throughout the project. WE LOVE 47 REASONS! Tom and his team are the best!! We needed a new roof ASAP because we were selling our house. We got a few estimates but after talking with Tom, I knew we had to go with 47 Reasons. Tom was the most communicative and honest. He gave us a fair estimate and did not try to rip us off like other companies. I knew we could trust 47 Reasons to do the job right. They put in a brand new roof on our house and it looks amazing. They also fixed our vent duct in the kitchen. They were quick and professional. Tom is the definition of quality customer service. He is communicative and responsive. I am the first or second customer before there was a 47 reasons officially. Along before the five star roof that Tom and Taylor constructed on my Mother's home, Mr 47 reasons and I worked together for 7 years at a local cabinet shop here in the Greater Wenatchee Valley. There's really nothing that Tom can't do when it comes to thinking through, and delivering a five star finished product. The list could go on and on! Recently purchased a home that needed a new roof and 47 reasons was recommended by multiple people. Tom came out and gave a honest quote that sealed the deal. Tom communicated great with both parties to ensure everyone was happy with the final product, he was even able to make an additional repair unrelated to the roof. It’s hard to find a contractor that answers their phone and communicates well. Tom is a great communicater and he cares about the product he gives you. If you’re unsure on who to use or what exactly you’re looking for, just give Tom a call and he will settle any doubts you have and is happy to work with you to get you what you want and need. Bart and Tom of 47 Reasons were the fourth roofing company to come out and look at my metal roof that had been leaking for 3 years. No one previously could repair it although they were paid. Four thousand dollars later a friend told me about 47 Reasons.
Not only did they find the problem they found the cause and addressed it. If only I had found them sooner I would have saved a considerable amount.
I highly recommend 47 Reasons they were knowledgeable and professional. They came when scheduled, did an outstanding job including clean up. In the end the bill was as quoted. I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arose.

47 Reason ordered the composite roofing and it took over 3 months to have it shipped to Wenatchee. When the materials got here they put up safety cones and safety tap around the job site. They put tarps on the ground to catch the shakes, nails and the tare paper as they stripped the roof. 47 Reason got right to workplacing the ice guard on the roof and started installing the composite roofing right a way. They worked on the shakes till they had the roof completed. They picked up the job site and left the site the way the found the site when they got here to start the job. Thanks 47 Reasons

What impressed me the most is that THEY ANSWER THE PHONE! And, they return phone calls! That's unheard of in this day and age.
