Truly a great experience. I had an issue with my heat pump and was not getting cold air. I called first thing in the morning, and they sent Carlos out in less than an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of it. Now, I am sitting in a cool house again.

Carlos was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, even with the a rash of hot weather.

Just wanted to update to say that Jon has come to our house twice now to work on two different problems and has been excellent both times. Would highly recommend.

Josh tackled my HVAC issue with determined professionalism. He meticulously combed through my system to diagnose the underlying issue, repair it, and thoroughly test afterward to confirm that his fix was successful. He even discovered a wiring mistake made by the electrical contractor and was able to correct it!

Thanks very much for your help this morning! Called them with an urgent plumbing issue. They were out the next morning and it turned out to be a quick fix. They wouldn't even allow us to pay for their trip out. Much appreciated and know who we'll be calling next time, that's for sure.

Our electric water heater was intermittently working on a holiday weekend. They came out within a few hours to inspect it. By the time they arrived, we had hot water again. They suggested we service the unit before replacing it. They were very knowledgeable and honest. We will be using their company again.

As a residential builder for the past 20 years, I have worked with quite a few HVAC contractors. I've built homes in several different climates and energy codes which affect the HVAC design greatly. As my wife I and were looking for a lot in Chelan to build our home on I reached out to several area HVAC contractors. Chelan Valley Heating and Cooling responded quickly and were very willing to help me with understanding load requirements and best practices for this region. One of their focus points as a company is to work with homeowners, designers and architects in the design phase to include HVAC which often times is an after thought in the build process. If its not planned for the options can be limited and the finished product may not work as well or provide the options a client wants. Their staff was always professional, provided an excellent finished product, worked closely with our scheduling and were by far the best subcontractor we used on this project. Their pricing was fair for the quality and experience provided. I would highly recommend them for your next HVAC project.

We have been very happy with their service. We live in Winthrop, and have a very complex system with radiant heat, solar panels, and a heat exchanger, and they learned the system, do necessary repairs, and will combine service trips to save travel expenses. Highly recommend.

Our office AC went out in the middle of this heat wave. Patient comfort is huge for our office and it wasn’t comfortable for anyone. Most recently we had a builder error that left a safety hazard with our dryer vent and they were able to work around our schedule to get to our home quickly, on time, and with a very reasonable rate. Very friendly team in all aspects and highly professional work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Wow, so glad I found this company and especially their technician, Sage. I called on a Sunday when my AC died and Sage called back promptly. He laid out their fees for Sundays which are understandably more expensive than a weekday. He then said he would come out Monday morning which he did. He fixed the AC quickly and at a reasonable price. He took the time to explain the problem and how to prevent it moving forward. I’d recommend Sage and Chelan Valley heating and cooling to anyone. Great company.

…..made repairs to roof heat cables, added electrical boxes & switches to electrical panel. Completed roof work in 90’ temps! Well done!

Incredibly responsive, hard working and honest folks. Came out immediately in response to an issue that ended up being a simple fix.

We used CVHC on our mini split install. It was a big project due to the size and age of the home (113 year old brick home). We were so impressed with the care the team took of our home. It took a fair amount of planning and they never complained about additional time or changes along the way. They went above and beyond to make sure they maintained the structural and aesthetic integrity of the home. They truly cared for it like their own and we have been very happy with the results. We were nervous about undertaking such a project on a large historical home, but we are beyond happy with the results!
