I’m super pissed at this company. The door was fine however, their systems were down and they had to take my debit card number. Which was fine. Then a month later out of no where they charged my card for $1000. We disputed it and got out money back. We should have got a new card issued because today they charged it again for the same amount. Whatever you do if the systems are down write them a check. Do Not give them your card information!

Company made this right finally after about a month of this whole situation and I changed my review from 1 star to 5 Star. Just if the systems are down lol just wait and go when they work.

Mr. Henry was very professional, courteous, and respectful. I could tell that he genuinely held intent to help others to the fullest. I value and respect other people’s experience, but nothing changes the fact that he truly cares about customers.

This company excells in commercial doors and hardware. Door locks, keys, security, panic hardware, exit devices, closers you name it. Tim is very knowledgable and will readily meet your companies needs. Update 7/22/25:
This companies review is being altered after 2 disappointing experiences. No call backs on residential needs and pricing. They are slipping!
