Osage Ridge Roofing was great to work with. Dakota was there from the beginning after our hail damage. He worked with the insurance and making sure the inspector got everything included that had damage after the storm. While the crews were doing the work they were all great and cleaned up afterwards. If you are needing roof or exterior home repairs this is the way to go.

We had Dakota a come out and give us a quote on a possible new roof. We were debating on switching from shingle to metal. He laid out all the pros and cons , then gave us a breakdown of the price for both, along with the lifespan. Not once did he try to upsell us anything we didn't ask for. We did opt to go with metal and we decided to go with a heavier gauge steel then what is normal in our area just for our own piece of mind. The crew started on one of the coldest weeks we have had and our pitch on our roof is pretty steep. They powered through the cold days and was battling high winds. We did have to push our finish time back due to the elements . But if they were able to work they was out there. After completing the job we are super happy with the finished product. So happy we are currently working on getting a bid from him for siding and windows. I'm sure we will be posting another positive review soon . Osage Ridge Roofing and Construction for the win !!

I can not thank Dakota and his team for not only the great job on the roof for my elderly parents but also the extra time he took to explain and just visit with them. This would be the second time we’ve used Osage Ridge. The first time was many years ago when they were a little bit smaller. We had them down to my property in Osceola MO that was in shambles and they got me on track very quickly and without any headache or back and forth. Dakota at Osage Ridge Roofing responded quickly to my initial call. He inspected our roof to determine hail damage. After explaining the process he asked to be on site when our adjuster came out. Dakota worked with the insurance adjuster and with our insurance contact person to make this entire experience go smoothly. The crew replacing the roof were courteous, professional and timely. We had a minor issue with a skylight that needed repair. Dakota and several of his crew were here the next day to address the problem. Had Dakota and Osage Ridge put a new roof on a house that I bought and loved every bit of the experience. Dakota came out before I put an offer in and inspected the roof. I contacted Dakota, Osage Ridge Roofing and Construction, and his response time was phenomenal. He checked my roof, and went into the attic to assess the situation. He reported that the roof itself was OK, but the lack of ventilation was causing my issue. The builder had not installed proper ventilation. He ordered the necessary supplies, and the work was done in a timely manner.

We were rehabbing a house, and we asked Dakota at Osage Roofing to inspect our roof and determine if it needed any work. As it turned out, our general contractor had left quite a bit of work undone.

Dakota gave us a detailed estimate on what was needed to make it right. Osage Ridge Roofing showed up on time, and did an excellent job. They did such a good job that we asked him to do the attic insulation. Once again, excellent job done on time, and as promised. They even went the extra mile by hauling off some stuff for us that wasn't even part of the job.

In early June, my home was hit by a tornado that caused damage to the roof, gutters, and destroyed a lamp post. I called several major roofing companies the morning after the storm, and none were able to come out to inspect for several days or the following week. Dakota from Osage Ridge Roofing was on site that day to inspect and provide an estimate, he even offered to come out when the insurance company reviewed the damage to help navigate what repairs they would cover!

Dakota followed through with that offer and was back at the house when insurance inspector arrived to helped point out the damage he noticed; he had clearly worked with insurance companies before and was even able to help explain their process and eventual claim to me (several times, as that document can be confusing). Dakota and Osage Ridge invoiced at or below what insurance was providing, making sure that we would not be paying more then we needed to. He was even able to resource someone to help replace the lamp post!

While all this was going on, the damaged home had just been sold and the new buyer was getting ready to move in. Dakota was able to navigate this situation and make sure the new buyer had no concerns with the work being done and made sure their name was on the warranty information.

The work completed (replaced roof, new gutters, new lamp post) looked amazing and I’m very appreciative for how responsive, organized, and helpful Dakota and Osage Ridge Roofing has been. I look forward to working with them in the future!

I highly recommend Osage Ridge Roofing for any roofing repairs or replacement. We called on Dakota in 2020 because of missing shingles, hail damage and occasional leaking, he was prompt, informative and very helpful dealing with our insurance company. We had very little that we had to do, except pick out the color and brand of shingles we wanted. He recommended shingles that our insurance company prefers and got us a discount on our yearly home owners insurance because of it. He came out to oversee the progress and made sure that we were happy with our new roof and we definitely are! Thanks Dakota!
