Great work. Only suggestion is.. after cleaning gutters, use a blower on paved areas and outdoor furniture to remove asphalt shingle dust. Overall a very good experience

Had House Wash from Ortiz Pro Wash July 2025. This is our first house wash for a 2 1/2 year home. We were very pleased with the results. Our gutters, porch and deck are looking new again. The siding was not that dirty as we were advised. We highly recommend this company very professional crew and took care not to damage any of our deck and porch furnishings. We had a terrific job of power washing completed for our home yesterday, in spite of the rain. This is our third year in a row of using Ortiz Pro-Wash and continue to be pleased with the diligence and thoroughness of the work done. Brian professionally introduced himself upon arrival and wanted to ensure he understood the scope of the job to include the house, the hardscape and the patio furniture. Brian is a pleasant and capable young man, and clearly directed the teams to complete the work in a manner that exceeded our expectations! I put in a call for gutter cleaning and soft washing of my decking and outdoor furniture at 1:00pm. By later that afternoon I was given a reasonable estimate, 2 crews showed up and all of the work was completed by 5:30 that day. They did a great job, I'll definitely use them again.

I have used this company for several years. 2 houses and large white privacy fence. They do an outstanding job and their employees are exceptional / attention to detail and polite / good guys. I highly recommend them. Houses are in Bethany Beach area with large deck and screened porch/ a good 15 feet from ground / house is 3 levels high so 25 to 30+ feet to the roof! I suggest and highly recommend them

I cannot say enough about how good this company is! Two men washed all windows and screens, while two other men pressure washed the front and back porches and window exteriors. They worked so hard and with such great attention to details. They also did all the moving and replacement of furniture and decorations. I very highly recommend this company.

Ortiz power washing did another phenomenal job power washing our home last week. They always go above and beyond and we cannot get over what a great job they did. Once again, they didn't mess up the plants or even the mulch around the house. This year, I forgot to sign up with our HOA to have our house done and, the day I saw them in the neighborhood, I called and they immediately said they would fit our house in that same day. It was done within three hours of that call!! They were very reasonably priced. I would 100 percent recommend them, just as I have in the past!
