Big fans of Ortiz landscaping. Been through a lot of landscapers and we finally found one we can always count on. They have done all our yard work, irrigation, power washing, edge stoned our flower beds and paved our sidewalk and porch. All the work was reasonably priced, and more importantly, expertly done and always on time as promised. They bring a big and respectful crew and get the work done quickly. Highly recommended.

Eddy and his crew did a superb job designing and installing a pollinator garden with a flagstone walkway in our back yard. It turned out even better than I imagined! They were fast and efficient, completing the project in just on day. I recommend them highly.

Moved into a new house and always wanted an Endless Pool. The house didn’t come with a deck, so I needed one. Decided to have it built around the pool. And add to that a 15’x14’ paver patio. I interviewed 5 contractors for the deck and patio work. I chose A. Ortiz Landscaping for several reasons:
1. Eddy who is the owner’s son was upfront telling me what they would do. For example, dispose of the sod. Two contractors began by telling me everything they wouldn’t do that would be my responsibility like disposing of the sod. Yeah, goodbye to them.
2. Eddy and his Dad actively participated in refining the structural details of the deck. Mainly its exact position on the house.
3. They came back to discuss things before giving me a quote. I felt they were taking a personal interest in the success of the project not just giving me a quote and waiting for an excuse to charge for extras. I grew to trust them.
4. I believe you have to trust the people who work on your house especially if it’s a big project. I trusted A. Ortiz.
5. They were very flexible. They had to work in stages. Pour the slab for the pool. Wait for the pool to be installed—7 weeks. Then return and build the deck, etc.
6. Lastly, their price was competitive.

I decided I wanted a flower bed along the back fence and centered a tiered 3-step planter in which I would plant strawberries and let them cascade down. Anastasio made it happen and it is beautiful. He also chose the perennials for rest of the space and his choices were ideal in terms of color and texture.

The workmanship on the deck was exemplary. Everything was square, plumb and level. The curves on the path and garden borders were beautifully done.

But what would move me to give them more than 5 stars is their willingness to do things that were not part of the contract like moving my furniture into the deck and arranging the patio furniture. Father and son.

I have been trying to get some sod laid for four days. My search finally lead me to A Ortiz Landscaping and Power Washing. They came out, gave me a great estimate and a quick start date. So far it looks great and we are so happy. My dogs are so happy to have their yard back as it show. Thanks for a great job and price. The pup on the grass is Harvey and you can see the joy he is displaying after being able to have such nice grass to enjoy.

Cleared my stone parking area of overgrown weeds, did excellent job.I was extremely satisfied at both the turnaround time and the overall appearance of the parking area when finished.

Prompt contact on phone; came out same day to provide quote. Work was done fast and efficiently, just several days after providing quote. Would recommend, and will use for any future landscaping work!

We hired them to come out to remove a pile of debris at our home. They came and did the estimate and agreed on a price and that they would remove the entire pile. We agreed on said price. They came to do the job and when we got home the pile was not finished and the boss tells us he can't do it all without a additional charge which was not the agreed upon original price. So over 600 dollars and our pile is still there. Thankfully our neighbors didn't have the same experience so they recommended them to us. We are a struggling 6 person family with 4 kids and times are getting really tough we dont have the money to give away. So I'm giving this review to save the struggling middle class money that we don't have. Every little bit matters in these dark scary times and when you put out money like that as a soon to be lower class family you want your money to count. That's why I give reviews that are truthful and real and i have been a Google reviewer for years trying to help struggled family's like our. Bless everyone and stay strong.

My job requirements were to remove and replace landscape ties which outlined our flower beds. I also needed the mulch from around our house replaced as well as redesigning the front flower garden. Lastly I wanted edging around each tree and bush.

I was amazed by how quickly they got back to me, showed up on schedule and appreciated that they accepted changes to our original agreement with no hassle. This was a pleasant experience and a job well done.

Bottom line, they are fair and professional. But more importantly they are both good and honest people.

I am over the top HAPPY with this company!! I contacted Mr. Ortiz on a Thursday to get a price on removing 7 large shrubs. He came the next day to look at the project and gave me a reasonable price. The following day, a Saturday, he and his team removed all the shrubs and trimmed remaining ones. They were very efficient and cleaned up and took all the debris. I am very satisfied with the way the property now looks!! Great company!!!! Will hire again & recommend to others!!
