I think they did a great job on the inspection and were quick to schedule me and easy to communicate with. The inspection was very detailed, organized, and thorough with a lot of photos. I feel like I got a great deal and I would highly recommend Top Down Home Inspections.

Chad was very professional he showed up on time. He thoroughly inspected our house and let us know all the major and minor things that were wrong to it. He let us know what needs to be fixed immediately all the way down to the sink dripping so he is very thorough.
