Jeremiah and company replaced my roof several years ago and all went well. Just before expiration of warranty, I notice shingles were loose and falling. I contacted Jeremiah and he said he would come out and take care of it. Turns out he never received the final payment from insurance. I immediately contacted the insurance company that I had at the time and they were very helpful and took care of the payment. Jeremiah promptly sent out his guys, who took care of the repairs.

I was looking to replace my windows and, after researching types of windows and prices, I found that all the windows were pretty the same, but installer was most important. I received an estimate from Anderson Windows who wanted $50,000. for 17 regular windows. I DON'T THINK SO!!!
I remembered Orion did window replacements, so I contacted Jeremiah. He is very honest and patient and I trusted he would do a good job at a reasonable price. He and his crew didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend Orion.

Could not have asked for a better siding, gutters and painting experience with Orion. Not the lowest quote, not the highest, but we got solid, quality work with quality products and a very smooth experience, for a reasonable price.

Their estimator came out and intently listened, laid out our options, and made sure we were all on the same page. He was honest and transparent about what could be done, what couldn’t be done, and ultimately provided a very detailed, fair estimate.

He was there when the crew arrived on the first day, and again took pains to ensure everyone was on the same page. The crew was respectful of the home, clean, efficient, and polite and friendly when we had to interact with them. The project manager visited the job each day and liaised between us and the crew, as opportunities for clarification arose.

The crew’s work was just as detailed and fastidious as the estimate, and everything they worked on, from the siding replacement to the exterior house painting and gutter replacement, went very smoothly. The end result exceeded our expectations, especially as the house is 70 years old with additions and oddly placed utilities and “old house things” that can make it challenging to work on. They took it all in stride and banged out some fabulous work, though! The house looks better than I’ve ever seen it. People keep noticing too, as we have been getting frequent requests to share Orions info with visitors who see their recent work during their visits.

We will definitely work with Orion again!

Jeremiah was very thorough on explaining installation and pricing. Quality work at fair price. Will be contacting him when I'm ready for window replacement.
And, the clean up was exceptional.
When getting estimates, I would recommend getting one those fro. Rrion.

OHI really saved me when a previous contractor’s work left a sever leak in my roof over a weekend. They got someone out very quickly to patch it, and eventually replaced the entire roof. The whole team was honest, responsive, professional, and did great work. Very glad we found them.

Orion team did my roof replacement project ; great team and did an excellent job on my roof. Brain provided a thorough estimate with no hard sell and gladly answered all my questions an concerns. Michael was a terrific on site project manager keeping me up to date and the project on schedule. Great team all around at a very good price. Will use them again for my home projects.

My experience with this company started off very positive. I had a team member come look at my window and gutter concerns promptly after contacting the company. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I wasn't planning to look any further for a company to work with. However, I was told I would receive a quote the next day, repeatedly, for almost two weeks. I reached out numerous times, email, text, calling, only to be told the quote would be coming that day or the next day each time. Eventually I did receive the quote, but it did not include the gutter guard replacements like I had spoken with the team member about initially. I asked for more information on the quote, but have not heard a response in almost a week.

It's a shame because I believe they would be a good company to work with, but the inability to get information or answers promptly has led me to have to look elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good words about this company.
They did an excellent job of replacing my roof and the ventilation fan. The rates are reasonable and the workmanship is high quality.

I'm a general contractor in the DC Metro area and we've been using Orion for our new construction and remodeling needs and they provide a great service, with quality installation, at a fair price. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

While Orion appears to be professional on the front end, we found them to actually be non-transparent and very expensive knowing that my insurance carrier would be paying for most of the bill. Once they got a signed contract they basically disappeared for a month and it wasn't until we called that they told us that the window was on back order for an additional 2 months. As a way to save money and time we asked could we re-install a window? They said no, that is not good construction practices. Well guess what? They initially installed our new window wrong and proceeded to re-install it. I assume that construction practice does not apply when it comes to increasing your estimate? OHI charged us $10K for basically 1.5 days worth of simple carpentry work and a window install. We have many more projects at our house but OHI will not be considered.

Fraud? We were very clear from day 1 about looking for ways to decrease our out of pocket expense. We cut several items (ex. installing lower end window) and asked several times what our savings would be considering the revised scope from what was priced with the insurance company. We never received an answer until we saw our final bill. I do not consider that fraud. As for your sales rep, he called my wife yesterday despite me asking for a return call.

Orion Home Improvements is very easy to work with. We replaced our 20+ year old roof using Orion. Our first contact was with Gabe when he came out to give us an estimate. He was very thorough with explaining the process and what Orion offers. Once we decided on Orion, they completed the job very quickly and did a great job. I will recommend Orion to anyone needing a new roof.

Utilized Orion for a roof replacement based on positive recommendation from a neighbor. After doing some research, and getting a few quotes, Orion was the easy choice based on cost and reviews/recommendation.
The delivery and installation didn't go perfectly. delivery guys dropped a latter and pulled a front gutter from my porch. They identified it, and replaced it with brand new in a couple days. I was very satisfied.
The installation was also not perfect. We recently had a covered porch installed with a seamless roof transition. The original installation performed an OK transition. it was far from "seamless" but I didn't know any better. The new roof matched the recent porch installation, and was also far from seamless, and the matching shingles didn't help as much as I hoped, but it was better. After the inspection of the job by Orion management, they said it wasn't up to their standards, and schedule a repair. The "repair" was the complete removal of that whole side of the house, including half of the porch that they didn't even do, and brand new reinstallation that was now perfectly seamless. We couldn't be happier, and able to recommend Orion for roof, gutter, or anything else they do. The customer service and pride of craftmanship is second to none.

Orion managed to build a Decra tile roof and did a beautiful job. The roof has many different surfaces and required extensive cutting of the steel tiles. I have recommended them to my friends and I am pleased to recommend them to others.

Orion is company that stands by their work with no questions asked. I was in need of some siding repair and replacement due to strong winds which they repaired. About 18 months an even stronger storm affected the same area but with even more siding that a was impacted the first time. When I called Orion they were immediately responsive, repaired the area and didn't charge me anything for the service. I haven't had any issues since. They are definitely a stand-up company and one that I would readily trust again with my business. if your looking for home improvements I strongly suggest you give them a call.

I enjoyed working with Orion. They were able to assess and fix a roof problem that others could not. They followed through until completion with great communications and work ethic. Recommended highly.

Before I begin, I want to say that the contractor that we hired was a very nice and friendly person. Thats the reason why we hired the company decided try and use them for our entry doors. So, let's start. We hired them in early December for windows and a sliding door because we got a new house and wanted new windows for winter. Was told it would be completed 6 - 8 weeks. Main reason we agreed to the contract because of the cold. After we waited 5 weeks I decided to call and get an update since I hadn't heard anything which was fine. I was then told it was now 8 - 10 weeks from when we hired them. Ok because of covid, I get it. Again we waited a few weeks without any update so I call just to check in. Now I was told 10 - 12 weeks. I ask why the push but no one is updating me unless I call? Not much an answer except they were sorry. I emailed the contractor to express some concern because a lack of updates. No resone until about 2 days later or so. Finally when winter was ending we get the door and windows installed. They look great so we said despite lack of contact we will get a price for entry doors. Was told on day of appointment that we would get the estimate that day. It was a Friday so I figured maybe by Monday. No estimate until the following Sunday. No reason why the delay. Getting irritated I called the manager to see why the lack of response and delays. Not much from her besides I should contact the contractor. I did ask for a discount for the doors because of the issues with them twice now. I did ask for a unreasonable amount lower thinking I was right which I agree was unreasonable. My bad. When I did get a new estimate thinking maybe a couple hundred lower, it was actually $500 more. Shocked, I asked why and was told because I asked for a discount that why shouldn't it now be higher? Also, in 2 days that somehow the price for materials jumped that much. Getting now more irritated I try and salvage the relationship because again the contractor was a great guy in person. He told me over the phone he didnt need to be jerked off. Not sure how professional that is. This was a very nice experience at the beginning but the lack of contact and letting the client know when things change was very irritating. Especially when I tried to get an answer it took forever and not much of an apology. I have clients and I would NEVER increase the price even if I didn't agree with them. I even apologized for asking to lower the door cost much lower. Again my bad. The manager didn't even try and help but keep telling my I should contact and speak with the contractor. Final note, the product itself is great and wish I could have used them again. I guess they don't like money. Never had this hard of a problem trying to spend thousands of dollars. Hope others have a better experience.

Update!!!! Thanks BRIAN for your nice response. Let's get one thing clear, I was never rude, unlike your comments to me. I even tried to keep discussing the matter calmy because it was a great product. Not sure if you read the whole thing or ignored most of it but I said you had a great product. No harm there. And again I mentioned covid as an issue and get it. However, you DID NOT ONCE just let me know it was being delayed. I don't mind delays when I'm aware of them. You did not do that. So I'm just suppose to wait 3 months without any contact? That's ridiculous. Either way, great product, since you can't seem to read what I wrote, just bad customer service. Oh, I also said I was wrong about the big discount but again you didn't get where I said that either. Don't worry, we found a better company who also agreed with what we had to say about yall. I would say take care but I would be lying.

Orion was great in every way. My initial contact was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me understand my options including the benefits and costs of each. He helped me understand my insurance company options and he even gave me guidance for my phone call to make the claim to the insurance company. He worked hard and perfectly on every aspect of my contract. I then dealt with someone who scheduled the job and explained the steps of the job to me, again, perfectly. Lastly, the job was done perfectly, by a crew that was absolutely fantastic. I watched a lot of the work and was super impressed. I highly recommend Orion.

Orion did a great job with replacing our roof. They worked with our insurance adjustors to assess some wind damage. Their work was excellent and prices were very competitive. We later had storm damage (unrelated to the roof installation) that needed repairs. Orion was very responsive and quickly repaired the damage. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely recommend Orion.

Orion installed a 16 x 18 deck. I have absolutely NOTHING BAD to say about the installation. I have extensive construction experience and was duly impressed with every aspect of the installation.

Great experience. I never had to deal with roof damage before but I explained the situation to Drew, he came out and made the entire process turn-key. From start to finish, Drew was able to answer all my questions and if he couldn’t he was able to find the answer and get back to me the next day. Andy Wyatt knocked on our door last summer and quite professionally explained that we may have hail damage on our roof and offered to climb on up an give it an inspection. I was immediately impressed with his professional demeanor and could tell instantly that he was genuine. He showed me photos and explained the whole process and that he would manage and meet with the claim adjuster once we filed with our insurance company.

Andy did it all for us and he lived up to his promises. While our insurance company had trouble with their adjusters, Andy persevered though it all and delivered as promised. When it came time to actually replacing our roof, it was all done in less than a day.

I have worked in the construction business a good part of my business life and know good Project Managers when I see one. Andy and Orion were easy to work with and professional at every step of the process.

Orion Home Improvements LLC replaced our roof this year, in the middle of winter, and did a GREAT job! Andrew came out to look at the roof and worked with our insurance agency to make sure it was completely covered by our insurance. OHI worked hard to get it done quickly and we love the color. It was great to get it done in time to put our house on the market, and it was worth it to get the extended warranty so we could pass that on to a potential buyer. Thank you Orion Home Improvements!

They were great about politely and kindly answering all my questions, very quickly, before, during, and after putting my new roof on. When they saw something had been done incorrectly at the after-job inspection they had it quickly fixed. I was completely satisfied with Orion.

Did a better job than I asked for! When I suggested I wanted to repaint cruddy old shutters, they said they'd help out, but gently suggested new ones may be cheaper and easier and indeed they were. They added a simple white trim I hadn't thought of/ordered simply because it looked nicer. I had some electricity issues after the install, and the company jumped in and said not to worry, they would ensure everything was perfectly fine with my electricity -- above and beyond the call of duty. Most companies are looking to shirk responsibility and cut corners- Orion is very much the opposite. Andrew and the team gave me a lot of time, came out and gave us options. Worked with our insurance too -- definitely worth your time to call the Pros, best value at this price point, I'm sure of it.

They did an outstanding job with my flat roof that was in deplorable condition. They also restored a siding and a window that was causing a leak, they were the only ones in finding the problem and they solved it. They did not stop until they found the problem causing the leak!
They are just amazing, they really took good care of me and my roofing problems!!!

Just had a new roof replacement done on my house and am very satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship and customer service that Orion Home Improvements team provided me with. In addition to replacing our roof, we added a skylight in our kitchen and a solar tube in our hallway bathroom, both drastically improved the low light through our house. So glad I chose this company to provide service to my house...it was a great experience from start to finish!

I had my front door and storm door replaced at my home, I was pleased with the service and installation . The installers were friendly and explained the procedure to the end completion of the job. The process was professional.

The product is beautiful and worth the investment- storm door and steel door. Delivery and install were satisfactory; when I had an error on the hardware, the response was immediate and corrective action with no hassle.

Crew did a great job with the install. Follow-on customer service did not appear to be the best when trying to clarify and work out some issues. However, Jeremiah responded and cleared up concerns.

Outstanding! Orion handled roof work and exterior trim work for my mother while she was on work assignment out of the country. I communicated with Orion from Florida. My mother returned to find her home in better condition than when she left. There was no one onsite to monitor Orion's daily work, yet they maintained professionalism and high standards even when no one was watching. I highly recommend this company. They also helped us navigate the insurance claim for the roof loss.

Had our roof replaced late last year. It’s been a couple of months and so far no issues. The crew were on time and cleaned up after their work was done. Andrew was very pleasant to communicate with, regarding any questions I had. Orion also provides the option of the manufacturer-backed GAF Golden Pledge warranty which helped me decide to choose Orion.

The work we had done was first rate. There were delays due to bad weather, but that is perfectly understandable if you are expecting to have the job done right.
