Orezona Building & Roofing Company Inc

I have contacted Orezona twice now in the past 3 or so years. The first time, Jason came out to see the project work I wanted done (residing). I was gathering bids from multiple contactors. At the end of the day/week/month/year, I never heard anything back from Jason or Orezona. Other than one phone call to follow up with them, I did not persue residing at that time - but still, never heard anything back.

This year, called again to get a bid - Jason again came out, apologizing for not getting back to me the first time (his comment was that he knew he was going to have to 'eat crow'). This time however, I had paid $1300 to work with a designer to figure out exactly what I wanted and had all measurements and specs in hand. I walked Jason around again to be clear on points, and he assured me he would get back to me this time. This was a few months ago now, and I still have no bid from him, not one word, no response to my email with the design plans, nothing. I have cash in the bank waiting to complete this project, and Orezona came with a high referral from my realtor. HORRIBLE disappointment. I have let my realtor know my experiences with Orezona and will NOT give them another chance... but buyer beware - all the footwork will be on you to follow up with them, the service definitely isn't there (at least by Jason). Very unhappy with my experience with them.
