I’m going to start this off by saying this. THIS IS A ROOFING COMPANY AND THEIR SCHEDULE DOES CHANGE CONSTANTLY BECAUSE WE LIVE IN OREGON AND THE WEATHER IS BIPOLAR! With that being said you have to be understanding people. Anyway Johnny and his crew of guys showed up and did a two day job in one day and did a fantastic job. From start to finish they communicated what they needed to fix and did a very thorough job with the clean up. I would highly recommend these guys for any roofing you need done. I’m also going to be using them again for my siding so that should say a lot! Thanks again Orezona!

These are the guys you want to fix your roof! Energetic, enthusiastic, skilled, and reasonable. They were able to beautifully repair a badly done roof repair for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for future roof work and other construction jobs based on this very pleasant experience.

We had Orezona put a roof on our house seven years ago and haven't had any problems! We had some leaking this last weekend with the heavy wind and rain so called them up, and Jonathan had someone there within a few hours. It turns out it wasn't an issue with their roof, but their guy was able to fix the problem, anyway! It would've been a whole other call to some kind of handyman to solve the problem, so I'm so so grateful for them helping us out! They took before and after photos and were able to calmly explain the whole situation to me while I was in a panic. Genuinely good guys! 10/10 would recommend them!!

Johnathan was incredible responsive and flexible in helping us with our roofing needs while selling our old home and buying our new one. He helped us to get the repairs we needed, while also doing detailed inspections and estimates on both houses.

Hired them to install a new roof on our small 2-bedroom home. We signed the contract in August 2022 and were promised they would perform the work in 3 to 4 weeks, which would’ve been mid September at the latest. After more than six weeks without hearing a word from them we contacted them and asked when they were going to come perform the work. Now they’re telling us we have to wait ANOTHER 12 to 14 weeks for a start date. So, instead of preforming the work in mid September when it was still dry, they have now shoved our job back until the last week of December or the first week in January 2023. That is AFTER the heavy rains start and our roof leaks!! The entire reason we hired them to perform the work was because they seem like such great people and they promised they could do the job by mid September. They said it would be “a relatively easy 2 day job“. Then why can’t they fit us into their schedule when they promised? They will have put us off for 5 months by the time they get started, if they even bother to show up then! This is outrageous! We stopped obtaining bids and turn down all of the other bids we had received based on Orezona’s promise to perform the job by mid September, which would have been in a timely manner, but putting our “2 day job” off for 5 months, breaking their word to us, and not being able to give us an actual start date , is NOT timely, especially not when our roof is leaking! We are now at their mercy. It’s just not right to continue taking bids and performing new jobs that were bid after our job, after we signed the contract and after they promised to do the work. They still won’t give us an actual start date after they already missed their original start of “no later then September 16th”. So, maybe they’ll call us the end of December or the first week in January and maybe we will have to call them, again, when they miss their second estimated start date and maybe we will find out again that they have put our roof job off for another month or 2 or another 5 months even! Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable!

We had an amazing experience with Orezona. The crew showed up when they said they would and busted out our roof without wasting a minute - seriously. While waiting on supplies to show up, they had offered to help us load up some large debris we were planning to take to the dump into their truck and took it off our hands. I can’t believe how quickly they got our roof done and how kind they were. By the time the crew had finished, our yard and areas surrounding our home were cleaner than before they had arrived. So impressed. I could go on.. one of the men working on our roof took time to make sure that we were getting the type of vents we needed for a future project and they installed them perfectly. After all was said and done, the owner came by to collect payment and helped us unload our u-haul while I wrote the check. Our neighbors have been complimenting our roof since we’ve gotten it done. I will recommend Orezona to anyone in the area looking to replace their roof.. plus on top of all of this and the quality we received - we paid $5k less than the other bids we received from other roofers in the area. Can’t complain about anything!

I am a current customer, reluctant to make this post. Back in 2020 Orezona was hired to replace the roof of my house and back porch. They did so and the main roof seems well done.

Unfortunately the back porch roof has some issues. It pools water due to poor drainage which is a haven for mosquitoes, mold and leaves.

In May 2021 I initially contacted Orezona about the issues it took a few weeks of followup calls before, Jason, the owner came out to inspect. He looked at it from the ground and told me what was wrong without actually getting on the roof to inspect. When I insisted there was more to it and got a ladder he finally climbed up and discovered that I was right. This altered his opinion. He then verbally told me what he would do to fix the issues and told me that he would send me a written copy of the plan later that day and have his office schedule the fix later that week. His word is yet to be full-filled.

There was also a leak where the water came out of the bottom of the ceiling. After Jason from Orezona told me what he would do to fix it I had a gutter company come and quote me for adding additional gutters around the edges. Lifetime Gutters ended up not only giving me a quote but also fixed part of the leak problem for free.

It is now Friday, October 22 and many follow up calls and promises from Jason and his office manager later the issue still remains. I am still waiting for Jason to send me the written copy of what he committed to verbally. I am still waiting for them to set the appointment to fix the back porch roof.

The current rating is three stars in hope that Jason and his team have just been swamped and have let customer service fall through the cracks. Depending how they respond my review's rating may drop, increase or stay the same. People make mistakes, I get that. It is important how mistakes are remedied.

Update November 2021. After some challenging back and forth communication with the Orezona team part of the problem set has been fixed. The leaking vulnerability has been solved. There is bubbling of the material around the edges of the roof that is preventing water from draining as freely as it could be though. These air bubbles are present on around 80% of the drain area and are causing water to pool more than it should. I can press down on the air bubbles with my fingers and the water begins to drain better. It seems like the material may just need tightened, but I am not sure. I called (Nov. 2, 2021) and emailed the Orezona team (per their request) with a description and photos of the remaining issue. I am waiting (currently Nov. 11, 2021) for a reply and proposal for a resolution. (Update) weeks later I received a response that the bubbling was due to the material and so that when it gets hot it will shrink.

Jason and the Orezona crew were great to work with. They were responsive, flexible, and hard working. They replaced our entire roof with beautiful products and in a very timely manner.

Jason the owner and his team are top notch. They have done new roofs, reroofs, repairs and inspections for me during the past 5 years. At least 10 to 15 seperate projects. They have always been top notch. You should not hesitate to contact them for all your roofing and construction needs

So, when the inspection report on our new house revealed it would need a new roof, I thought "Oh no. What a hassle." Well it wasn't at all. Orezona is a wonderful company to work with. They handled all aspects of the new roof professionally and courteously. The roof was completely done in 1 1/2 days! They took off the old roof one afternoon and got the new roof on by the end of the next day. They provide a great warranty too. Couldn't be happier.

We loved working with this company! They did a great job replacing our roof, and did a very thorough yard sweep for nails and debris. We have young children and they were very courteous around our kids.

Orezona Roofing re-roofed our house last September. The crew they sent was very professional. They did a great job...We live in an older single-wide mobile home. The insulation they put down has made a huge difference in this hot weather. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called to ask their employees to use other parking available on the street rather than filling our cul-de-sac, making it hard to turn around and in violation of posted parking signage. The person I spoke to raised his voice, and stated that he would not be taking any action. I recognize I am not their client today, but it is clear that this company has little regard for professionalism or neighborliness.

Orezona did a great job with roof removal and replacement. Jason was courteous, professional and took the time to explain what the crew was doing on site. They identified and replaced plywood with moisture damage and inspected headers and waves. All work was completed in 2 days. They cleaned up everything before leaving. Jason performed onsite inspection. Bid was competitive with others I received. I would work with Orezona again on future roofing needs.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with the owner and his crew for a few years. He is honest, and I use him on all of my projects. His expertise and professionalism always supersedes my expectations. I will continue to use this company for years to come.

This crew did a great job on our roof. Got to the house about 8 am and was finished and Everything was cleaned up by 5 pm. Jason was very helpful and the entire crew was respectful and even stacked the bricks from the old chimney. We are very pleased. Thank you Orezona
