So many Contractors are here today gone tomorrow! They installed ...new windows with aluminum trim, corrected ventilation issues and added attic insulation, fascia, soffit , gutters and down spouts . They made a very sad deck look new again with sturdy railing and the steps were rebuilt and safe. The crawl space was a mess! Not now! They used treated lumber and redone it all, and it is insulated. THANKS , A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Joe helped us with a few projects while fixing up a house to sell. He always arrived promptly. His prices were fair and everything was done right.

They say you get what you pay for, that's not always true. My experience with Optimum Contracting Solution showed me if you have the right man for the job you'll get more than what you paid for. Every job has it's snags but Joe went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and happy with every aspect of this project. I now have beautiful new floors, and windows throughout my home. While installing a new AC it was discovered my furnace was a potential death trap. Joe made sure it was properly re-installed, yes, re-installed and SAFE before AC installation was even considered. In today's environment good contractors are hard to come by and they in turn have difficulties finding good help. I have to give a loud shout out to Perry. I told Joe this man deserves a raise! His work is outstanding! Dare I say optimal? Without a doubt. Joe and Perry will be the first people I call for any future projects. They recognize and appreciate this in not just a house, it's my home. Thank you Optimum for caring and for going the extra mile when you didn't have to.

Joe and his team gutted and remodeled our full bathroom including replacing the plumbing, tiled the entryway and hearth, finished trim work in our half bath, hung a new basement door, repaired our garage wall, and completed various other small repair jobs throughout the house in preparation to sell our home. They did excellent work throughout, going above and beyond time and time again all for a more than fair price and on a very reasonable timeline. Joe was great to work with, very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to resolve the many issues that came up in a 70+ year old home. We are so appreciative that because of Joe's work ethic and dedication to the quality of his work, the whole process of a major remodeling project went as smoothly as it possibly could have. Joe Aylward did a great job organizing and scheduling all the work that had to be done on my house. I always knew when someone was coming to my house to do their work and he always returned my phone calls or texts when I had a question. He worked on my house (one thing is I now have a beautiful ceiling in my kitchen!) and I always felt confidant that a good job was being done. I highly reccomend Optimum Contracting Solutions.

I needed an ADA ramp when my father who is in a wheelchair moved in with us. Joe gave me the lowest price and the price did not change during the project.
