We recently had our roof and gutters replaced by Bloomfield Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and stress-free.

Austin, our roof specialist, was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and extremely helpful as we made decisions. He took the time to explain our options clearly and made sure we felt confident every step of the way.

When it came time to start the project, Alex and Brad, our project managers, kept everything running smoothly. They were organized, communicative, and made sure the work started on schedule.

The crew that worked on our home was fantastic — fast, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They finished the job quickly without cutting corners and left everything clean and tidy when they were done.

We also felt the pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We are so glad we chose Bloomfield Construction and will absolutely use them again for any future projects. Highly recommend!

Late last year due to wind damage, I had to replace my home roof including decking. Dealing with roof is a major task for any homeowner and being a first time homeowner, it was more challenging for me. I was searching for right contractor who can help me and work with my insurance company. After spending considerable amount of time on internet, I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Bloomfield Constructions and Pat Jayroe (Sales Engineer) who helped me from the beginning to finish.

Pat was just awesome…he helped me with proper guidance, handled insurance claim queries professionally in terms of giving clarification, providing proper documentation and many other miscellaneous activities in the process. He carried out the whole process very smoothly and with lot of patience as it was time taking and long process. Big Thanks to Pat.

Coming to roof installation, the crew did fabulous job, they were very professional, experienced and friendly. The crew came well prepared with big machinery and cranes which made their job faster, clean and look professional.

End of the day, I am very happy with my new roof and the job done. I will always recommend Bloomfield Construction for anyone who’s looking for roof installation.

Nineteen years ago we had Bloomfield Const. install a large Anderson window with a copper overhang and at the same time they replaced our roof. They did a beautiful job, we still get compliments about the copper overhang. The reason for my review today, we had a shingle lift during a high wind and Patrick Jayroe came out and repaired it right away. Their employees are very knowledgeable and pleasant, just like they were in 2005. A very dependable company.

I had a roof shingled by these guys and my wife loves it. Quality products and professional people. Can't be happier with the job they did!

Great job! Ben German was amazing and there throughout and was thorough. Clarity, concerns, abd trust was shown as well as care for every aspect of the job from installation and labor to cleanup.

Called about a waterspot on my ceiling. They come out and checked out my roof. Came down with pics of problem spots that maybe the cause. The best part is they sealed the little spots (nails, singles lifted, etc) and advised that I don't need a roof now. No Charge. When I do need a roof these guys are doing it! Very professional, timely and great customer service. If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

7/10 water coming into the house at window during rain storm. 7/11 called bloomfield construction and was told someone would call me back that day or the next. NO call received. We had more rain overnight on 7/15-16 and I called again 7/16 and I was in their system so gal said she would send the info immediately. I requested them at I receive a call even if they don't want the job, and she said ok. It is 7/17 and no one has called. So now I probably have water damage inside my walls and insulation possibly creating molsmd and thus company can't even be bothered to give me a three minute phone call to say sorry not interested. And you had so many great reviews......

In June, a huge limb from neighbor's tree fell in my backyard and took out my electrical wires and did other damage. I called my insurance agent and he contacted Bloomfield Construction in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The workmen Bloomfield Construction sent out were on time, thorough, and went the extra mile in answering my questions. They provided the electrical expertise the situation called for and cleaned up the debris around their work area. I was very pleased with their work.

We had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. They can't be trusted, they aren't true to their word, or their contract. For no valid reason they skipped out of a signed contract with us for major insurance repairs after a tree fell on our home. They started the job but after doing very little work (that was subpar) they told us they would not finish and left us with a damaged roof, a leaking basement and months of delays. And now they won't return our calls. And they just don't care. BEWARE!

A year ago, we had a tree fall on our house. We called and someone came out immediately. We worked with the owner Jeff closely on the problem and he helped us every step of the way. His team is fantastic. From the staff in the office, the crew who fixed the roof, etc. - everyone is great!

We had a heavy rain come through last week and we noticed the gutters had a slight defect in the pitch (how it was sloped). We called the office and Ben came out within 2 days. Ben fixed the gutters perfectly and told us to reach out if we have any other issues. He was fantastic.

I would highly recommend Bloomfield construction. Their communication is top notch and they will definitely take care of you if you decide to give them your business!

I had garage flooding as a result of a break in my neighbor's condo and the association brought in Bloomfield for the mitigation. I was away at the time and Nick was helpful with giving me information at the start. I also appreciate the time and help from John who answered my texts and calls and was very helpful with information and his time.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ben on the repair of a stubborn roof issue! He is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He took extra time to explain the most likely root cause, as well as the reasoning behind their approach to repair the issue, which put my mind at ease. He was here throughout the repair to make sure nothing was missed and all my concerns were addressed. I was also impressed with the experience and knowledge of the team that came out to perform the repair itself. All in all, a great experience - nobody wants to repair their roof, but if you have to, I hope you are lucky enough to work with Ben and his team!

This past fall I had the pleasure of working with Bloomfield Construction on much-needed roof repairs due to storm damage. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience, particularly in working with Ben German (Project Manager). Throughout the entire process, Ben remained consistently available. He promptly responded to every query and ensured we felt informed and confident in the project.

From the start, Ben demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. Before having the team begin the repairs, he came in person to just talk to us about the process. Being able to talk directly to Ben was incredibly helpful. His thorough explanations to our questions put our minds at ease. His conscientious approach to addressing our concerns was truly reassuring.

The team that then worked on our roof was great. Erick (who spoke both English and Spanish) managed a crew of primarily Spanish speakers. They were dedicated, hard-working people that got the job finished more quickly than expected. The quality of work provided by the team was outstanding and immensely appreciated.

Ben's willingness to take and share photos throughout the process further demonstrated the transparency and integrity of Bloonfield Construction. His attention to detail and proactive communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

What stood out even more was Ben's commitment to going above and beyond. He personally came out by himself twice over the weekend to help with finishing steps (both Saturday and Sunday). He came out to help move heavy items back to our deck. He then returned on to check on the dumpster removal and pick up supplies/shingles left on the ground. He also ran magnets everywhere to pick up any stray nails or metal debris.

The final result is that we now have a new roof and gutters done with excellent workmanship by a company that stands behind their work. I want to express my deep appreciation to Ben and the roofing team for their dedication and hard work throughout the project.

We recently had our roof replaced due to a nasty storm that came through late summer. I had 3 different companies come out to quote the job, and I felt the most comfortable with Bloomfield Construction. Fair price, excellent quality, personable roofers, respectful of the property. Special shout out to Austin Petrucci, Alex McHugh and Mark Walsh - your communication throughout the process was impeccable.

Bloomfield Construction rebuilt and repaired the damage inflicted by another roofing company during a botched roof replacement over a year and a half ago. This included complete roof replacement including trusses, decking, insulation, electrical and fascias. Throughout the entire process i was impressed and grateful for Justin Wall and Anthony Ancick’s conscientiousness, attention to detail, communication and honesty in restoring my house. The workers and subcontractors were all honest, thorough and professional as well. The master carpenter leading the crew was brilliant.
Unlike many other contracting companies who have worked on my house who always seem to be on a schedule and if it doesn’t get done now it’s just going to be the way it is, Justin and Anthony always made sure that things were done right and that I knew what was going on.
The original reroof was thought to likely be done in one day but there were some snags and then the weather started changing. The crew decided to stop and tarp the house and to finish another day. They took over an hour tarping the open roofed house. They obviously did a great job since it then rained hard for 10 hours that night and despite my nervousness didn’t leak a bit. I was very impressed.
I now finally have a good solid roof over my head and stopped worrying. Bloomfield Construction really seemed to care and were a pleasure to work with. Several of their subcontractors also mentioned how they liked working for Bloomfield since they wanted the job done right, not to cut corners. I highly recommend them.

I am not one who writes many reviews however I felt it necessary to let anyone that manages a multi family condo know about what a great experience I had working with the entire team at Bloomfield Construction & Restoration. I am currently the president of our condo association board in Roseville MI.

As you may or may not know when you have a large scale fire at your condo complex it can be a lot to deal with in a short amount of time. We had no idea what to do the night of the fire so we ended up taking the fire department recommendation to hire a contractor that was on their list. I won’t mention the company name or go into detail with the nightmare that ensued hiring this company. The long and short of it is that they boarded up everything, got started on the clean up part and then our project sat for months without anything happening. After multiple failed attempts to get answers from the original contractor and at the insurance carriers recommendation we decided to bring in Bloomfield Construction & Restoration to do a consult. Immediately after Jeff Petrucci and his team took a look at what was allegedly completed they pointed out all types of potential problems with items missed & not done to code during original clean up effort. It was at that point that we decided to remove the original contactor from the job and hire Bloomfield.

Starting over involved re-writing the original estimate which we knew would delay things a bit but we decided in the end it would be in our best interest. We were confident with Bloomfield’s 30+ years of experience and professionalism that the fire restoration project was going to be scoped and done correctly this time. Bloomfield did a fantastic job working with our insurance company’s large loss adjuster as well as communicating with all of our different tenants. They cleaned up daily and they kept us informed on the specific timelines for each segment of the job. The best part is that they finished the job within the time frame that they had estimated (which I wasn’t anticipating). Anytime I called or emailed I would receive communication back right away from specific project manager. Another thing I can say is that they took away a lot of the stress dealing with all of the different aspects of the claim. 

I would HIGHLY recommend Team Bloomfield to anyone who owns or manages or is on the board of a condominium complex and has to deal with a large flood or fire.

We had a fire in 2023! Nick and his team came to the rescue! Excellent communication and collaboration. They really understand the nuts and bolts of the restoration process including the emotional support through such a shocking experience. Not to mention quality craftsmanship! I just wanted to take a minute at this holiday season to write and tell you how pleased we are with the job that was done at our condo community in Fraser.
I would especially like to say that Ben was a pleasure to work with. He was on site every day at some point to make sure that all was going well. I found Ben super easy to work with. He was always available by phone or text and we met on property often. He was always pleasant, friendly and eager to answer any questions that might come up.
Being a Domestic Engineer, by trade, I didn’t know the first thing about roofing, so I had plenty of questions which Ben was very patient and gracious to answer.
I want to make you aware of what a great employee you have in Ben German and what a terrific representative of your company he is. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs work done. They were great!

They just finished our roof today. Fantastic job! Very professional! They did constant cleanup while working... Covered all of my shrubs near the house and our pergola over our deck... I can't say enough! I would highly recommend them!

Everyone who came out from Bloomfield was super friendly and respectful. They came out the SAME DAY that I called desperate to extract the water from my basement and start the drying process. They handled everything from start to finish and I’m so happy to have my space back.

Two years ago Bloomfield Construction did a full exterior remodel of my home (roof including roof deck and ice shield, and shingles, gutters, soffits, spray foam insulation, siding, paint, windows, skylights, and more, This was nearly $80,000 of work. During the work the insulation sub-contractor, RetroFoam of Michigan, fell through my roof twice, sprayed foam insulation all over the interior of my new bathroom, they never fully fixed the bathroom, or reimbursed me either.

Right after the project was completed I started noticing a lot of very high humidity in the house (over 70%) and my living room ceiling started cracking. Bloomfield Construction came out several times to look and decided to skim coat the ceiling for me. This addressed the cosmetic issues but the humidity was an ongoing problem.

Then a year went by (this past fall) and my ceilings all began cracking and caving in. Large sections were coming off and wet crumbly hunks and brown water was dripping through. I started calling the contractor (Bloomfield Construction). It took six months for them to act on this and it wasn't until I called the city inspector to have a look and I paid another insulation company to come out and give me an opinion.

The insulation that was put in was the wrong kind of insulation and was put in incorrectly, and was leaving open gaps which was making condensation inside of my roof structure. Essentially I had a giant wet sponge sitting inside of my roof (cathedral ceilings) and it was wet in there for a long time growing mold.

I was moved out of the house and all of my belongings were piled in my basement without my consent. I was told everything would be moved off site. They tore out my ceilings in the entire house along with all the electrical wiring and light fixtures. The house sat like that for months.

I was promised they would do all sorts of extras to make up for all of this hassle, but when I asked the owner about it he informed me they would if I paid them to. He also promised this would be done quickly with the top priority and I could trust him to make me whole.

Meanwhile I bought a new house because the amount of mold on my roof was insane and Bloomfield Construction was refusing to replace the roof. I had to fight with them to move my things to my new home, and there is still nearly half of my belongings in the basement of that house filled with mold. Bloomfield Construction has been unwilling to clean my belongings or move them out of the house.

I secured my own quote from the insulation company that I consulted with to do the re-insulation and provided that to the contractor. They are arguing about using the company I trust, because they prefer cutting corners with someone cheaper they found. Considering that very thing is what got us into this to begin with I am not okay with that. During the project they didn't get final inspections and got in trouble with the city.

I am disgusted that Bloomfield Construction is trying to make a profit from this warranty work while I have been moved from my home, TWICE, separated from my belongings, impacting my ability to work (I see clients in my home) and it's not possible to work in this way, so I'm losing a lot of money. I also am losing money on the dividends and interest from the money I had to pull from my retirement account to secure appropriate housing to live in since this clearly is going to take a lot longer than promised. I am not at all comfortable living in that house without them replacing the molded roof and framing. Then there is the impact on my ability to sell that home for it's worth after this.

I was originally told that they would take care of me, I would be made whole, and it would take 4-6 weeks tops. I still have nothing in writing, I'm losing money hand over fist, the value of my home is basically destroyed, the amount of stress and anguish over this is impacting my health.

There is no accountability, and terrible communication. This is not how you handle a major screw up Jeff, and I'm fed up.

Brought in Bloomfield Construction after a major flooding incident that affected 30+ units in our condo association. They did a great job of staying organized and attacking the problem in a systemic way. Great job!

Incredible job and incredible to work with. Had direct contact with everyone involved and they kept me in the loop with everything going on even when some challenges and extra work was required. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing any work on their home!!

Bloomfield Construction just finished re-roofing all our units in our condo association. They did EXCELLENT WORK, were VERY PROFESSIONAL, and the quality is TOP NOTCH! The project manager, Ben, is responsive and very knowledgeable along with updating us every night on what was completed and the plan for the next day so our residents were informed.

I’ll be recommending Bloomfield Construction to anyone that needs any type of construction work done!

This company is a nightmare to work with. They never answer the phone and when they do the receptionist tells you to take your already invested business elsewhere...or the person your working with is always on vacation. They leave you in a home thats not liveable for 3-6+ months. They overcharge you and try to charge for work not done. Leave you to fend for yourself just to get things completed. Hold your personal belongings hostage. You basically have to hire a lawyer to get things finished with them. So my "buyer beware" warning is if you plan to actually use this group dont leave your home while they are there, take pictures of all the work they do, set your own deadlines of when YOU want the work done and make them sign a contract you write up! Then go over their paperwork with a fine tooth comb and look for items they toss in that were NEVER DONE bc there will be many. Dont just except their bill as is. I cant believe how rude and unprofessional this company is or how they have been able to stay open this long.

Jeff Jr. and his team did an amazing job on our new roof. They did everything from advising on color to installation. Getting a new roof can be stressful, but working with them made it stress-free and a great experience.

My basement flooded and they showed up next day to remediate. Then came for the renovation. They were super professional and friendly and completely fixed my gym!!! Highly recommend John and his crew. Not only repaired but painted and moved everything in and out again and cleaned everything perfectly!

Where to begin with this review after having so many positives. Let’s start with the roof…amazing! The crew was efficient and friendly. But most of all they left behind no mess! I found one nail and that made me happy because of my dog. Next, the supervisors were as nice and professional as could be. Always a smile, a handshake and eye contact. The owner, again customer service…he was the first one I spoke to and he said he would send his best employee to come talk to me. That happened within 24 hours. My deal was shortly agreed upon right after that and then the crew came out after my materials came in. Which bring me back full circle to the crew…again, a great experience all the way around.
Want work done on your house and done right then go with Bloomfield Construction…you want it done wrong then I highly recommend go to someone else!

Bloomfield Construction was great to work from start to finish. They installed all new exterior siding & gutters on our house. We loved how they were able to show us different 3D renderings of different style and color sidings, so we could really visualize what the house would look like when finished. Jeff and all of their installers where extremely professional to work with. The quality and craftmanship of their work was top notch. All of the installers were on time and worked hard to get the job completed right. Even when there was small things that we weren't happy with Jeff and his team were very responsive and made sure we were 100% happy with the final product. I would recommend them to anyone and I'll be calling them when it's time to replace our roof.

Bloomfield Construction were very quick to respond to a fire damage in our condominium clubhouse. They followed through and acted professionally in a difficult situation. As a Condominium board of directors member I will definitely use them in the future should a need arise.

Bloomfield Construction just replaced my siding with James Hardie and I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the start working with Jeff Jr. everything was very clear and transparent on the work that was going to get done and how it was going to get done. When the crew showed up, they just got to work and did everything so precisely. There were some issues because of the house being so old and the team tackled it with creative solutions that keep the project on time and budget. Being in an older home that we have been fixing up for some time and having dealt with dozens of contractors, I can say that Bloomfield Construction is one of the best I have worked with.

We had John, George and Joe from Bloomfield Construction and Restoration in our home to dry out our kitchen and basement from a dishwasher leak. John was lead and explained the process and was always willing to answer any questions we had. He made himself available via text too. George and Joe did a lot of the actual tear apart work and were careful of our home and very respectful. All three men were very professional, yet very friendly. We feel like we parted as friends, as well as getting a quality job accomplished.

I am so impressed with this company! Russ, the sales engineer was professional, friendly and very thorough. The ladies who did the scheduling were courteous, accommodating and responsive. The roofing crew were on time, hard working and did a great job. Anthony, the project manager, was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was thoroughly satisfied. He also pointed out two facia boards that needed replacing and after Russ returned to quote the work, Carl and Tony came out to replace the boards, again with excellent results. Obviously, I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing or siding work.

I called BC on a Saturday after some wind damage to my siding. Within 2 hours they had a crew at my house to button things up to avoid water damage. I ended up using them not only to repair the damaged section, but to re-side the entire house with a different color. The estimator and work crew were all very professional. The crew was efficient and did a great job with the project, going above and beyond to take care of a couple extra items I asked for. I have already recommended them to friends who had issues with their siding and I will continue to recommend them in the future.

Called Bloomfield construction due to having a roof leak in our commercial offices. They were able to come inspect the roof in a timely manner and give us a quote on the spot. Due to scheduling they were not able to do final repair immediately, so they went out of their way to do a temporary patch under a tarp in the rain to keep the issue from escalating any further. Easy to work with and did not try pushing any unnecessary costs, highly recommend.

Our condo association was in need of roofing replacements for all of our condo units. Another HOA board member and I were put in charge of finding bids for roofing contractors, and the HOA board hired Bloomfield Construction to do the work. From beginning to end, everyone at Bloomfield, from the president to all the supervisors and workers, were polite, respectful, professional, and accessible.

We had no previous experience with Bloomfield prior to this job. Of the multiple roofing contractors that submitted bids to us, Bloomfield had the lowest price quote, the best reviews and their bid was the most professional and comprehensive of all that we received.

The job has now been completed and the results are beyond what we expected. The cost came in on-budget, with no surprises at the end. The materials and workmanship were first-rate.

Bloomfield's communication with us before, during and after the job was excellent. During demolition and construction they gave us daily updates on their progress and expectations for the following day. Bloomfield delivered on all their promises every day.

I have worked with numerous contractors over the years and I have to say that Bloomfield Construction is among the best that I have worked with. These days when trying to get other contractors to simply return a phone call can be difficult, finding an honest, responsive and competent one like Bloomfield is a rarity.

I recommend Bloomfield highly and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I am the Facility Manager at a church in Shelby Township and I always reach out to Austin at Bloomfield Construction. We have an aging roof and its time to think about replacement. I like Austin's approach to the project. He has given us budgetary information as well as helped us repair our current leaks. I also had Bloomfield install a curb for an HVAC Unit and the foreman, Steve, was really knowledgeable with our older roofing system.

Needed a leak at one of our condos assessed on an urgent basis. The Director of Emergency Operations came out on a Saturday. Thanks you, John Lauchlan.

As Ford Motor Company's Roofing Asset Manager I had many choices when selecting a contractor for my home. Bloomfield Construction was the clear choice after interviews with many other contractors. The initial professionalism was the first indicator, then a competitive price and then followed through with a extremely successful project. During construction, the crew on the the roof demonstrated the same professionalism as their sales professional and were extremely organized and CLEAN! Which I think impressed me the most. In addition, they gave me a date and stuck to it. They do what they say...No excuses, No delays, No addons. A great contractor that really cares about the customer.

Their warranty is NOT transferrable! This will affect your property's resale value. Think twice before you use their service! Based on our complain and their response, you can see below, instead of choosing to resolving the problem, they chose to fight. This is their business rationale.

I bought a property located at Bloomfield Hills. The previous owner installed Hardie board siding last year. The original contract said "5 year guarantee from Bloomfield Construction on workmanship." There is nowhere on contract to state that this workmanship warranty is non transferrable. However, when I contacted the company to transfer warranty, they told me that they do NOT transfer this warranty at all. They only transfer manufacture warranty of the Hardie board materials. In other words, if they did not install it properly and some boards fall off some day, they will not be responsible for this. This is the way they treat their customers! When I further asked them, they even asked me "Did we sign contract with you?" The reality is that I paid for this property, which includes their siding work! That means I paid them indirectly.

From swimming pool, equipment, to attic work, other contractors all provide reasonable transferrable warranty. Bloomfield Construction is the only company that does not provide reasonable warranty.

In their responses below, they still argue that I did not even pay them. The fact is that the previous owner just spent a lot of money to replace siding, with the hope to increase their resale value. I also communicated with the previous owner. He said this company never told him that this workmanship warranty was not transferrable. I looked at the contract, and did not find anywhere to state that this is non transferrable.

From their response below, you can find that, instead of taking their responsibility, they chose to fight back. This is their style of management.

If you ever consider replacing siding or remodeling for your house, this company may not be a good choice. They do not transfer warranty at all. It will significantly reduce the resale value of your property!

5 star company. Always answered questions, great crew. My roof is beautiful and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any work. On time and the upcharges were necessary and explained as soon as it was discovered.

Thanks to Tony, Johnny and Ross from Bloomfield who performed excellent emergency repairs in our basement caused by the storm "IDA". They were extremely professional and exceeded our expections in terms of removing the water damaged contents/wall structures and throughly cleaning the basement with no mold. Highly recommend them

Justin at Bloomfield Construction went above and beyond in dealing with our roof issues. He worked with our insurance company and came out when they sent an appraiser to estimate the damage. He never left the job until it was complete. He even came out after the new roof was on to inspect the job (roof replacement took 2 days with 15 men on the job both days). Finally, he recommended an insulation company as we also wanted to add insulation in our attic. Once the insulation went in he came out two weeks later to inspect that job. We couldn’t be happier with Justin and this company and we recommend them highly.

Tony, Johnny and Rusty provided us with the necessary industrial quality equipment to dry our flooded basement rooms- we flooded two times! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

This has happened to us TWICE now.... For a previous owned house we were receiving estimates for replacing the front porch columns, a Bloomfield Construction sales person came out, verbally provided a very rough estimate then informed us he'd email us an official estimate that night. We never received an estimate. Fast forward 5 years, we are receiving quotes for a roof replacement and for some reason called Bloomfield Construction. Salesman gave the whole "I'm not really a salesman just your friend" pitch, asked what other other companies provided us with quotes, unprofessionally bashed each company, provided us with a rough "ballpark" estimate and promised he'd have a written one emailed to us by that evening... We NEVER received one. And yes we verified our email address. The kicker is that they were two totally different sales people! Talk about a true representation of a company's culture. If this is the way they act when trying to earn business I can only imagine their lack of responsiveness when hired. Yikes.

I had minor wind damage to my roof so I asked for someone to come out and inspect my roof. It ended up being very minor so Justin took care of it on the spot. I appreciate their transparency and good work.

We had a wonderful experience with Bloomfield Construction. Our project manager, Victor, was so helpful in getting everything scheduled on time and promptly! Our painters, Jim and Joe, did a great job and were very conscious of covering everything up and keeping a clean space. Victor is spot on when I have tried to contact him about a few items. I was very grateful for that response. I would highly recommend this company.

Johnny was very helpful, I was told everything that was going on the clean up, and the next steps that needed to be done. Everything was protected during this process. No mess or clean up was left behind. Very professional.

My house had major water damage in February. We did the best we could to clear all water, but it was no where near the water that remained. They came in one (1) day, Joe called me and explained the situation and they did everything. They removed everything and got rid of the smell. I could not have done what they did fast enough. Our house was severely damaged when a giant tree fell on our house in a storm. Jeff, the owner, was on site the day after it happened and had the tree completely removed that day. He and his team were professional, friendly and I trusted their experience straight away. From the roof, to the paint, to the floors, to the drywall, to the windows and everything else they repaired we are very happy with the workmanship. Even when small mistakes were made or something was missed, the team responded quickly and got it done. Bloomfield Construction just completed my flat roof replacement project, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement! Austin and Steve were both friendly, communicative, and clearly experts in flat roofing. From start to finish, they kept me updated with timelines, options, and expectations each step of the way. Their team was incredibly efficient, but also very thorough and detail-oriented - there were a couple things that popped up mid-job (based on a previous contractor's work) and they were quick to offer options and solutions. Both Austin & Steve were respectful of COVID protocols (masks/distancing) when needing anything from me on-site, and both answered my (many) questions without ever making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Since the job was completed as it was getting dark outside, the team came back the following morning for additional clean-up, and left my property possibly looking even better than when they arrived! At the beginning service was very poor, Trades used were very good. I expressed my dissatisfaction in an earlier review. However after it was revealed to me that the person responsible for my job had family medical issues i have since change my opinion of the evaluation of this company. I would rate them very high.

My wife and I decided to remodel the exterior of our 1925 Birmingham farmhouse. We wanted to use Hardie Board siding for durability and appearance. We chose Bloomfield Construction to do the job after extensive research and reference checking. It turned out to be a very good decision. Hardie Board needs to be installed correctly in order to look good and last a long time. Bloomfield Construction did an outstanding job installing our new siding as well as restoring our dilpadated front porch. Jeff Jr and his team (Luke, Anthony and Carl) really went out of the way to work with us to get the job accomplished. We highly recommend Bloomfield Construction ........

My Mom had a toilet tank malfunction which caused an overflow she didn’t realize until 10 mins had passed. Water was all over the the floor and had found it’s way to the basement. Upon contacting her insurance company their proffered emergency provider is Bloomfield Construction. Nick got in touch and was out within a hour that evening bringing dehumidifiers for both floors to get ahead of the mess as we had just about all the water vacuumed up. The next morning Johnny was out and completing cleanup and removal of all the damaged ceiling tiles, doing readings and setting up fans for additional drying. Great company! Very professional, timely and courteous! Johnny is top notch! Professional in explaining what he needs to do, careful with people’s property and ensures homeowners are comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

I contacted Bloomfield Construction to schedule an estimate on some roof and siding repairs. The first call, I was told that the person who schedules was busy but they would call me back ASAP. That was a Friday afternoon and received no call back. Saturday I called again and was told that they would call me on Monday to discuss. I never received a call. If a repair job revenue isn't worth the time to Bloomfield Construction, that's fine. Make sure you tell people that rather than telling them multiple times you are going to return a call and then never do.

We recently had a sump pump failure which flooded our basement area.
Carpeting was destroyed and drywall damage was incurred along the floors.
We called Bloomfield Construction and Restoration for a quote, a representative was at our home the next morning. The quote was reasonable and the work commenced that week.
We are very pleased with the results; their workers were great and Bloomfield handled all the paperwork with our insurance company. If we ever need to have work done again Bloomfield will be our first call!

Bloomfield construction is a first class operation. Almost a year ago I had storm damage to my home and they were contracted to repair it. Almost a year later, I had a few local areas of my roof that needed attention. They came out and fixed it right away. I highly recommend them.

I was very overwelmed when I took over a commerical property that has been in my family for generations that needed a new roof, exterior lighting replacement, and exterior painting.
