Few months ago strong wind blew the shingles off most of homes at my sub division. Luckily Mark approached to me during that time and talked about the process. After talking with Mark, he gave me the surety of his great work and guide me the steps of the process from start to finish. Mark and his team did a great job. A few mos ago, I had a bunch of my roof shingles blown away due to a recent storm. I was at the end of road in terms at getting it fixed. Mark who happened to be in the neighborhood, noticed it and stopped by to give me a free estimate and also helped me with filing a claim with my insurance company. Needless to say, he showed up at the right time and helped me with the entire process. He made the process fast, easy with provided a peace of mind and thanks to him and his team, I now have a new roof all set for winter. Entire process was amazing easy and simple. Whole process was walked through step by step.
It started with a free roof inspection, they explained me the current conditions on my roof and the damages very clearly.
They also walked me through the insurance claim process.
Roof replacement was done in day. They cleaned it up nicely at end of the day.
They responded quickly to all the questions I had.
