Optimal Storm Solutions helped us get 17 windows/sliding doors replaced due to storm damage. From the start they told us what the process would be as they worked with our insurance company and did all the work needed to get the windows replaced. Mike Pavek was especially great to work with, answering all our many questions and getting us a beautiful result. He was a good, trustworthy guy who was on our team throughout the whole thing. And Gary was there every day of the install making sure things were done right.

I had a great experience with Optinal Storm Solutions replacing about 20 windows in my house. They did all the work, starting from filing an insurance claim, adjusting the insurance estimate, preparing all the needed documentation and more. Even when Pella got the window measurements wrong, they worked with them to ensure the mistake is fixed and I'm compensated for the delay. I will do business with them again in a heartbeat.
