The service was great and I got exactly what I asked for. I also had the opportunity to save some money because they reused my old class which helped me out. I will be coming back here for any auto glass repair.

Returning home after a cruise, a stone hit our windshield on 95 and caused a small spider crack. We did a quick search and found Optic-Kleer was in nearby Saint Augustine. Drove over and Jon fixed it up at a very fair price in minutes. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. My wife and four kids stayed in the car with the AC running while he fixed it. Very pleasant person to boot.

Fantastic experience for a great price. I was able to get my back seat, driver’s side window repaired very quickly. Great communication from everybody on the team.

The repair work was wonderful, only someone who knows where to look for past damage could find the reminence of the initial rock chip and work was completed within 15 minutes!

On Monday we purchased a new truck and found a crack in our windshield. We found Optic-Kleer on Google and was highly recommended. From the very first interaction Jon was awesome. My 18-year old BMW M6 needed it's worn out windshield molding replaced. Windshield had to go as well. Darren and his son, Jon took care of everything. Came to the house and my car never looked better. While they were here, I asked them to restore my wife's yellowed headlights - which they did through a step-wise process. Car looks like new. The back window on our 2020 civic randomly shattered in the middle of the night. We searched high and low for someone to do the repair and we were getting quotes of over 700 dollars and we had to wait two weeks for the repair (safelite). Luckily we found this place and the next morning we brought it in for a perfect replacement! Their shop was spotless the workers are clean and extremely professional, and the cost was HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper. I never want to go anywhere else for a glass repair on a car again.

The guys did a great job. The job only took about an hour. They were hereon time,even a little early. I would highly recommend & cost was competitive.

Very detail oriented, new glass had a small defect in it and tech went out of his way to ensure, I had the perfect windshield. Work was excellent, served next day NOT 2 weeks booked out like Safelite. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

Called this company and they said they put me on a 3-way call with my insurance company and they asked for my policy number and I gave it to them. At the end of the call they said that this wasn’t USAA and they were sorry for the inconvenience. No some random person has our policy number and I told them I will take my business elsewhere. Feels like a scam. Either way that is a mistake that shouldn’t happen from a professional business.

Fantastic family owned windshield replacement company! I'd choose them over Safelite everytime. They addressed minor rust issues around my windshield and treated it to prevent further issues down the road, warrantied! Just had them replace the back window in a 2002 Jeep TJ. They did a great job! Looks factory. Called yesterday, dropped it off at 11 today, they were done in an hour. They would have come to my house but I took the first available time slot. If I break any more glass this is where I'm going. :)

This is the type of local hidden gem that you end up being thankful for. The communication and scheduling was outstanding, the customer service was very friendly and professional, and the quality of work is superb! There was a one-day delay (not their fault) because the windshield that was sent was not right and it would affect the calibration. I'm very happy that they thoroughly inspected the product and informed me so I didn't end up wasting my time or having a faulty windshield installed. I was recently in a minor car accident that shattered the passenger side front window of my vehicle.
