We are so impressed with them as a few days before work was to be done on our neighbors roof we received a lovely letter with contact information stating that if there were any issues such as vehicles in the way, garbage blown into our yard or any problems at all at we could reach out. Onesource is awesome! I called them to inspect my roof after the March 4 wind storm. I had a few shingles that needed repair. Matt came out and inspected everything and fixed the shingles. Ben Nystrom visited our home to inspect our roof as a follow up to a buyers’ inspection. Ben spent several hours evaluating all areas of the roof and issued a thorough report. While he was here he offered to assist me with another issue the buyers’ inspector had raised concerning ventilation fans. Ben was able to document that the buyers inspector was in error and that there was no issue with the ventilating fans.
I found Ben to be a highly skilled professional in his field AND an absolute gentleman.

On the personal side, I discovered that Ben had spent time in a third world country helping disadvantaged people. I told him that if the world had more people like him, it would be a much better world. God bless him!!

Reliable and Quick Response time. Matt, Benn and team were able to fix a long standing roofing issue that was due to bad design and the builder blamed it on the hail storm. We had another roofer also that tried but couldn't solve the problem. I am very happy with one source and their quality of work. They personally explained to me what the issue was and how they were going to fix it and I am glad they were able to do so! They even used a drone to take pictures and show me exactly what they saw, so I could feel confident in their assessment. Just had my roof replaced by One Source Roofing and Restoration and it has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Matt Allbritton, the owner, really offers “above and beyond” service. If I could give him a higher rating I would. He is very careful, detailed and thorough with everything that has to do with a claim. He found damages where the insurance adjuster missed and had been following up with her for two and half months until she finally included them. That is discipline! I've used Matt Allbritton to roof two different houses before, and he did an amazing job both times, so I didn't hesitate to call him when I had a concern about a possible leaky skylight. Because the skylight is hard to see with even our tallest ladder and in a narrow opening, I needed his expertise. He responded quickly, came out within a day, and got to work. He was able to use our ladder and his height to take pictures. Then he got on the roof where he also inspected our chimney right next to the skylight and found a possible point-of-entry for water. Next, he went into the attic and found a small amount of water damage. The next day he sent a team member to seal up some nail holes on the skylight roof and caulk the chimney area for a very modest price. It's good to have someone you can trust whenever you need any kind of repair like this. I'm so thankful I found Matt and OneSource!

These guys went above and beyond! Most roofing companies don’t want to bother with repairs, their quotes and attitudes about it make that obvious. Not these guys! They came and evaluated a chimney repair that the original roofer had done a poor job on. They gave me a fair price, and did the job quick and efficiently. They maintained proper communication, responded to any questions, and their guys were super professional and respectful while at my home. I wish I had more roofing jobs for them, as their work value is too notch.

Matt arrived on time and was very professional. He did a thorough inspection also taking aerial photos of my roof with his drone. These photos were high quality and were included in the detailed report he sent me the following day.
