I hired MH Renovations this summer to add a bedroom over a two-story foyer. The job required significant framing work, adding a window, external brickwork, drywall installation, and an electric circuit. Matt provided me with a detailed proposal, which was the least invasive in the existing building structure and had reasonable pricing compared to the others. He also agreed I'd do the finishing jobs, which saved me some good money.

He and his team did an amazing job in record time, respecting my schedule and property. The workspace was kept tidy, so there was minimal disruption in our everyday living conditions. Matt is a great communicator; he made sure I was informed of what and when was to be done next, and he coordinated his work with other subcontractors and village inspectors. Matt is a very respectful and kind person, and it was a real pleasure to work with him and his team!

We used MH Renovations this past spring to perform a complete remodel of our kitchen and to get a new roof and gutters installed and they did an awesome job! Matt was very responsive, transparent with estimates, provided regular updates on progress including pictures, and was flexible with incorporating modifications on the fly. The renovation was completed ahead of schedule and turned out even better than we had expected. Hired Matt and team to renovate our entire basement including a half bath and rec space. The team at MH handled two bathroom renovations and we did them concurrently. They were prompt, friendly, quick to answer questions, and offer solutions. And, they made sure we had access to the bathrooms while the renovations were in progress.

The projects were completed within budget and in less time than originally expected. Product recommendations were solid where I didn’t have any research completed, and they were happy to work with the items I chose as well.

The overall outcome for the bathrooms was great. And we have already had them return for a flooring project. It was a difficult install, and we are very happy with how it turned out!

We hired MH Renovations for a gut reno of our home. They turned our 1940’s home into a masterpiece. From our initial inquiry with them through to completion of our project, they were professional, very responsive and masters at their work. They handled the gut reno of our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, painting and lighting of the entire home. They made what could have been a very stressful project, enjoyable. We are very happy we picked MH for our Tiny master bath remodel. MH was willing to work with our budget and project size. The work quality is great - especially the tile. Cabinets are nice quality and saved us $$. Because of that I was able to splurge on a Japanese Bidet. No problem was too small and very quick response to any questions. Very courteous and used covid safe practices in our home. I would definitely recommend MH for general contracting.
