Multiple people I talked to about spray foam insualtion said Diversified insulation does great work and are fairly priced. I couldn't agree more after I chose them to insulate my polebarn. They were clean, professional, and easy to deal with on all steps of the project.

I have nothing but great things to say about Mike and his company Diversified Insulation. When I first called his office, Jazmin was a pleasure to talk to and very professional. Mike came out when he said he would to give me a quote, he was a few thousand dollars under other quotes I’d received. I agreed to have him spray foam my 35x60 shop, 17’ side walls. I did 3” on the ceiling and 2” on the walls. His employees were professional, showed up when they said they were gonna. Overall they did a great job at a very affordable price. I will definitely use them again on my next project!

I just had the owner Mike look at the venting in the attic of my home. I thought I was low on soffit venting baffles so I asked Diversified Insulation to give me a report. Before even going to the attic, Mike calculated how many baffles that are required for the square footage of my home. Right then I knew I had an honest man because he told me the number upfront of the baffles I would need. All we had to do was count the already installed baffles. Turns out I have enough to provide good ventilation. Mike was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and well groomed. Even though I was not going to be a customer because my house was fine. He stayed a bit and we just talked about various things.

We were very happy with the services provided by diversified insulation. They gave us what we thought to be a fair quote to remove and replace the insulation under our mobile home, and they stuck to it. It was very messy and difficult job but it was completed efficiently and professionally by their hard working crew. They left everything clean and back in place, even putting the skirting back up better than it started.

Diversified Insulation, Mike Voss and his staff show they really care about the job they do by their great communication and follow up to make sure their client is satisfied 100% I initially called in Feb, received an estimate but wasn’t able to have them come until July. They checked in with me periodically, didn’t raise the estimate and reached out to me after the job to make sure I was totally satisfied. It’s obvious to me their goal is to do outstanding work.

We were very impressed with the company's response times, scheduling, and workmanship. My mobile home needed new insulation, the original fiber glass being about 30+ years old and gone through 2 water heater leaks. Mike gave me an honest opinion and described the procedure, clean up, cost. The first day was removal and start to spray; second day (in the rain) they returned to finish the clean up, and spraying. There is a tax deduction, Google IRS energy deductions, download the form, get an itemized invoice, $1200 allowed. I am anticipating a winter with warmer floors and no air leaks.

We have been having a hard time getting contractors out to our place to do work for us. The project I called Mike about was to spray foam the ceiling in our garage because we have a room above it. So far the contractors show up look at what we want done then never hear from them again. I had doubts about Diversified Insulation showing up. I was wrong they showed up and they showed up 5 min early. Mike, his crew in the field and I’m sorry I don’t remember his office woman’s name but they’re all really good people to work with. Mike even came out to introduce himself and asked if I had any other questions or concerns. He’s honest I asked him about doing other insulating and he said no you don’t need to do that. He’s not out just trying to make a buck. I will have them out again and highly recommend him for all your insulating needs.

Had an all around great experience. Had minor delay due to weather. But Mike and Jasmine were very easy to work with. Good communication between them which makes for a smooth job. A comprehensive quote was provided shortly after their review and Mike called and walked me through each line item.
