I have worked with over 20+ roofing companies in the Treasure Valley. I am a GC and One Truss is by far none the best roofing company in Idaho. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Brandon Thomas and his team at One Truss. They went above and beyond helping me with my insurance claim. They were Incredibly respectful of my property, my neighbors and my dog during the replacement. I feel like the price was more than fair and the quality was excellent. I would highly recommend One Truss And their construction team.
An additional note that absolutely shocked me, before they left, they cleaned my yard, my sidewalk, my driveway and my patio. They even blew all the dirt off my patio furniture. Everything was clean and beautiful. That was a bonus that I didn’t expect.

Brandon was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. After having a couple of contractors come by my house. We decided to with Brandon because his pricing was fair and he’s work was amazing!

I used One Truss to replace my damaged roof in Meridian, Branden handled everything. He met with the insurance adjusters several times ( I don't live in the area) He made the replacement very easy. The job looks perfect, I chose the better roof shingles and am glad I did, I also had him handle the rain gutters. I am very happy with One Truss especially Brandon.

Kudos to Brandon of One Truss Roofing! I am in Boise, Idaho, & had wind damage to my roof (actually the roofs on 3 separate buildings on my property). Another contractor had tried to get my insurance company to honor my claim for replacement of the roofs, but the insurance company would not cooperate. That went on for months. That contractor had to give up - he couldn't spend any more time without getting somewhere. Then along came Brandon. He told me he could get the insurance company to cover replacement of the roofs on all the buildings, & after working tirelessly for months he did exactly that! I was recently widowed, & without the insurance covering the cost I was not going to be able to afford new roofing. Brandon took care of me; he got the insurance coverage approved, & then he sent the best crew I could have asked for to do the work! WOW!! I am super-impressed. I would highly recommend Brandon & One Truss Roofing to anyone. Brandon is friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, & so very thoughtful. I can't say enough good things about him. He made a bad experience turn out to be a good one. The roofing looks great, & now I don't have to worry about it. The relief from that stress is wonderful.

This is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. We had a big hole in one of the exhaust vent stacks, and rain was getting in. I would hire One Truss again . I recommend them. They remove a damaged roof and installed totally new roof and put on gutters. 100% improvement. Brandon great guy to do business.

Let me just say this roofing company was awesome. My previous insurance company denied my claim for some damage but Brandon was able to work with my new insurance company and they covered the entire roof. If you want a roofing company that knows how to work with insurance companies and knows what they're doing I would suggest you give Brandon a call. Even if your insurance adjuster or insurance company denied your claim I would still contact them before you give up on any type of insurance claim.
