We needed some windows replaced in a condominium we own and Mike Magiera was very prompt and efficient with helping us out. The windows were replaced in a timely manner along with coordinating with the renter and accommodating her schedule. We were very pleased with the outcome of the project! I would definitely use One Source for future projects.

Having One Source Construction has been a gem of a resource for our home!
We first had needed a new roof. It turned out so well, excellent work from beginning to end.
Later we had our cedar siding replaced by One Source Construction and decided to have our deck redone and increased the size of the deck. Really enjoyed the added space so much we had One Source do a Sunsetter Retractable Awning for us over the deck.
We had One Source Construction paint our house and it was such an excellent job many people have complemented it.
We had hail/rain damage from a bad storm and had the roof replaced a second time. Also great work. For reference we have lived in our house for 34 years. Thank you One Source Construction!!!

One Source was very responsive to initial calls for business however was very unresponsive to requests to repair (cement patio) work that was defective. We were put off for several months with a variety of excuses. This was particularly upsetting since we had been happy with their work in the past. The work has not been repaired and we have not been reimbursed for the defective work to date.
