I truly cannot say enough good things about Zach and his team. We were hit with a tornado last year in June in northern Minnesota and he came up right away that day to look at the damage on our roof and out buildings. He was not only concerned about the condition of our roof but he was truly concerned for us and our well-being. New roof installation in July 2024 following damage from hailstorm in August 2023. Mark and his team were great to work with. Honest and transparent throughout initial consultation, not pushy at all. Effectively communicated and managed the installation process from start to finish. Consistently and immediately responsive to all questions and concerns. Installation date occurred as promised, no delays or other issues. Took on the burden of working directly with our insurance to make sure all we paid was our deductible despite our insurance doing their wretched best to muck up the reimbursement process and absolve their financial responsibility. All around a superior experience compared to most other home preservation/renovation service providers. Thanks Mark and ONE team!

Mark and all the staff at One Nation went above and beyond. It was over a year long process proving to State Farm that the damage was worse then they were saying. One Nation continued to gather more evidence to provide to the insurance company and did the majority of the work. When it went to appraisal they also helped and led that process and would let us know what they needed from us.

Once the new roof and siding was approved, the work was scheduled within a week and done in the time frame quoted. The work looks great and we would definitely use One Nation again for future projects.

Our overall experience working with one nation exteriors was great. I’d highly recommend them. Mark worked closely with us and was prompt and thorough, especially with communications and working with insurance. The installation was super swift and they really did an excellent quality job!

Mark was extremely helpful in helping us replace our roof, even waiting to reach out until after my wedding this spring (per my request). With all the roofing restoration companies out there it’s hard to know whom to hire. I had about a dozen different companies wanting my business to replace my roof after hail damage. I decided to go with One Nation Exteriors and was not disappointed. I was very pleased with their work and the entire process from start to finish. They worked with my insurance company and it was a smooth and seamless process. All of the employees I had contact with throughout the project were pleasant and professional. We had used another roofing company first, that didn't want to deal with our insurance company so our hail claim was denied. One Nation Exteriors came along and worked with us, side by side through the process of dealing with our insurance company. Finally, after two years of tag teaming the insurance company, our hail claim was approved. One Nation Exteriors came and got the roof done within one month of the approval as we were waiting for better weather. April 2nd they came in with a team of 10 people and the roof was completed. The team left our front and back yards clean and free of roofing debris the same day.

One Nation Exteriors recently replaced our roof after our insurance company initially tried to convince us that there was only fifty dollars in damage! Alonso, our production manager, stood by us during the process where a second adjusted looked at the roof and concluded that it would be totally replaced and covered 100%. Once we made the material choices Alonso coordinated everything and the work was done in one day. The roofing crew took care not to disturb the landscaping and were respectful of our brand new driveway. I highly recommend One Nation Exteriors.
