One Construction has been a great company to have build our forever home. They gave us a time table of 6 months and completed under the time given. The On site manager and project manager were always available and helpful throughout the entire process. They assisted us with and concerns and were very attentive and put us first always. They made the building process an easy experience. I recommend this company highly. The project managers Dave and Chris were amazing and were always a text or phone call away. Great company and they put the customer first.

My wife and I are building a custom home with One Construction. The entire process from the start, during and the end process has been an extremely professional experience thanks to Brad and his wonderful staff. Everything promised has been delivered. My family absolutely loves our new home built by One Construction. From driving the pilings and into the 6 months since we moved in, company owner Brad Swanford was deeply engaged and passionately dedicated to delivering an end product that would exceed our expectations, and that’s exactly what he accomplished. Our new home came out even better than we imagined it could. He treated our project as his own. Importantly, Brad’s commitment to excellence, his honesty and his thorough communications made our first home build less stressful and more enjoyable than we imagined it would be.
