Excellent in every respect, from Trish in the office to Justin who solved the clog problem at the office I do work for, I service companies around the state and often have to rely on mediocre companies, not in this case . This company is great!!!

Had a plugged sink drain I couldn’t get unclogged with my 20 ft snake. Called this company and they were here in 20 minutes! They got the job done in no time. Took 30 ft of their commercial snake. Then I asked if they could install my new sink and faucet which I was about to attempt myself. No problem said their technician Isaiah. He had the whole job including unclogging the drain done in 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and polite young man. Will ask for him for any future plumbing needs.

These guys saved the day when my kitchen sink was clogged and I couldn't fix it.. Fast friendly service and fair pricing! Will call on them next time I need them.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about One Call Plumbing. I hired them based on the excellent reviews on Google and they certainly live up to their stellar reputation. They have done two separate jobs at my house and each time they have been on time and efficient. Most important, they got each job done right the first time! I highly recommend them to anyone.

I strongly advise against spending your money on their services. The plumber who came to fix our kitchen today was highly unprofessional. He simply plugged in the machine he brought but didn't even turn it on. Instead, he manually attempted to fix the issue using his hands. Predictably, after an hour of ineffective work, the problem remained unresolved, and to make matters worse, we were charged $135."
Then we called a different company, and the plumber bought the same machine. When he turned it on, it did have sound, and he only used 15 minutes to repair the sink. So, I will never, ever use "One Call Plumbing LLC."

Called One Call plumbing for a slow draining sink. Chris showed up before scheduled appointment. Got to work as soon as he got here. Unplugged sink in a timely manner. Very nice to talk to and professional. Will recommend One Call to family and friends.

The guy that came out to snake my drains assured me that if I had problems they would come back out and fix the problem. Well that was a lie! . I had service done on 6/29. My toilets are backing up. My washer flooded this weekend. I paid $165 to have this done! I call and they say we can send someone but it’s gonna cost $$$$ 165.00 again. This is not fair, how can you do this? I trusted you to fix the problem and you made it worse. Thanks for nothing. I gave you my hard earned money to be treated like I’m nothing

My 2 year old decided to throw some sort of toy in the toilet im sure we have been there. I called 3 other plumbers and the earlest they could get someone to look at it would be the following week. When I called the woman on the other end was extreamly profesional and took down all my information. The tech was in hatch working on another job. He was at my house that is the opposit direction going to Alamogordo in 2 hours. ill take that compaired to a week. Ill be saving this service for the next toy funeral held in the bathroom.

This is a brand new home. On Monday the Water in the shower was ice cold. Went and explored what the issue could be with the water heater. Pilot light was out. Spent quite a bit of time trying to re-light the pilot and searching why it won't stay lit. Monday after noon called One Call Plumbing. They could not get out til the next morning to check it out. Eddie was here right on time. took him about 30 min. to get the problem figured out and ordered the part. To our surprise the part came the very next morning. I called One Call Plumbing to let them know the part was here and less than an hour later Eddie was here and on the job. An hour later the water heater was empty part intstaled and re-filled and heating water. The man was amazing. Courtious, efficient, and very respectful of our home. These people get a 5 star rating in my book and will be highly recomended by me.

One Call was great. Fast, prompt, efficient, and effective. They repaired my leak and left the yard just as they found it. They were very professional and courteous with both me and my wife. The total cost was reasonable. I've only used them once (thank God) but I highly recommend them.

During February when temperatures were freezing, one of our pipes burst. Contacted One-Call Plumbing. The next day our pipe was repaired. The plumber was experienced and understanding. He was polite and friendly. The repair took about one hour. I will definitely use One Call again!

Had a stopped up main line to the city's connection. Had one call out 2 times. They cleared the line and notified the city of the clog city side. These people go above and beyond. Great service and fair prices. Five stars!!

Peter was the tech who helped us out. I was struggling all day to get the main line for my sewage cleared and he had it done in 15 minutes! Also, I didn’t get the name of the lady who helped me out when I called but she was very polite, and knowledgeable. These guys definitely have all of my future business!

I don't leave reveiws, and have never left a 5 star, but from the people (both plumbing and septic) who answered the phone to the people who came out to work, the best by far!

Armando from One Call showed up and got the job done right, unlike the other companies I won't mention. Thank you I was very pleased I will do business with them again in the future.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was charged for a service I did not receive. I called to dispute my charge in a polite tone, but I was met with very rude and confrontational interactions. My charge was sent to a collections agency. I received unethical treatment, and my experience was reported to the better business bureau. Don't risk hiring this company.

This company sent me to collections for a service I did not receive. When I asked them to provide me with a signed estimate or any supportive documentation to show what service they clam to have provided. They couldn't and said I would need to pay or they would send the bill to collections and threatened to report to credit agency. Do not do business with one call !

If i could give this company 10 stars i would. I have a rental where the tenants needed something fixed. I was out of the state and called one call plumbing. Not only were they able to have a same day appointment but were able to fix the simple problem quick and fast. They will be in my speed dial from here on out if i have any issues. Also recommended them to by buddy that has many rentals. Great service. This company is a must use.

We ran over our water meter and water was spewing everywhere. I believe it was Richard who came and fixed the problem quickly. Even when we had questions later, They were helpful and kind. We definitely would recommend to anyone.

I have a rental property in Las Cruces and live in a different city. My tenant called me Saturday afternoon to inform me that the AC wasn't working and it was really hot. I called around trying to find someone who could go out and take a look. All the other companies I called either didn't answer or couldn't get out until the next day. One Call Plumbing answered my call for help right away and sent the technician Javier out within an hour. He arrived and called me with the diagnosis and said he could replace the capacitor right away as he had the part in his truck. Within an hour, my tenant had nice cold air. While there was a pretty hefty premium for weekend service I can't complain because it was an emergency and they took care of the problem right away. I will definitely be using this company again next time I need service. Thank you One Call Plumbing!
