These guys did a FANTASTIC job on our roof. They took down the old shingles, replaced them with new ones and cleaned up in 8h. Super friendly as well. We purchased a new roof from On Tops Roofing in 2013. On Tops Roofing did an outstanding job with the initial installation. In and out in one day and done right the first time. We have enjoyed the roof for the past 11 years.

In November of 2024, I noticed some discoloration on the ceiling in my master bathroom. Went into the attic and noticed what appeared to be a minor water leak in this area in the roof that had discolored the plywood. I called On Tops Roofing on a Monday to see if they could assess for me. They were able to come out the next day and made recommendations for repairing the leak. In addition, they noticed several other areas that required attention.

On December 2, 2024, On Tops Roofing replaced the impacted plywood, resealed and installed new shingles. All of this work was covered under warranty. No charge to me. This is a true example of a company standing behind their work. On Tops has and will continue to be our go-to company for roof related work. When we purchased the initial roof, we did our research and On Tops Roofing stood out as superior. This recent repair demonstrates that they stand behind their work and continue to provide excellent work and customer service.

Jonathan, Josh and ALL of the On Tops Roofing Staff were just Absolutely FANTASTIC to work with in replacing the Roof on my Home. They all went out of their way to give me the Best New Roof possible from the begining of the project and the initial site visit, through the entire actual roofing process and then all the way through the final completed project review and walk around. They simply provide 5 Star Service and Workmanship !!!

From our Salesman Chris through our PM Luis, all interactions were professional and courteous. They even made a trip out before we signed to install 2 samples so we could get a better look at the shingle colors directly on our roof.

I had 3 contractors come out, the other 2 had done almost all the replacement roofs in our subdivision due to defective shingles. One had a single page proposal, the other texted 2 pictures of their proposal, and On Tops had a 30+ page proposal providing a bio on the company and employees with the full warranty explanation and installation process..

While we expected excellent results (the referral came from a contractor that has used them for 16 years - and he is VERY fussy), we were surprised at the thoroughness of the clean up process. Even the dumpster driver used a magnetic rake to pick up any loose nails around the dumpster. Then after all was done, another magnetic rake around the entire house and another leaf blower session.

We had some minor decay on the roof sheathing and Luis sent pictures to be sure we understood what and why they were replacing the sheathing. He also noticed and documented some facia damage for future repair.

Of course the shingle installation was done properly, even using screws on some flashing to prevent further distortion of the flashing caused by nailing

The reason that we choose On Tops was for their customer service and communication through the whole process. I had a roof put on 12 years ago and have had them come back twice. Once for damage from racoons and flying squirrels and once for normal maintenance. I am always happy with the work done and it looks great.

On top roofing did a phenomenal job. Great customer service from sales manager Jonathan, down to office manager and installers!! The roof was able to be repaired, and they didn't try to sell me a replacement like some companies do. They even offered to tarp the area until they could schedule incase of rain. But that wasn't needed because they were back out in 4 days. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

Recently had heavy winds which tore off quite a few shingles from my nearly 20-year old roof. Called their main office and got a call back within 30 minutes. Had Jonathan Kennedy on site the following morning to take a look, and thanks to him, was able to get State Farm insurance to do the right thing and help me with my insurance claim for the wind/hail damage to my roof. Fast forward two weeks later and I had a brand new roof installed in literally under 5 hours. The crew was highly efficient and cleaned up all work related items very well! Could not be happier, this is easily one of the best customer experiences I have ever had in my entire life!

On Tops Roofing is definitely a 5 star roofing company. I had a small leak coming inside my home. I called Chris on Tuesday and he sent an expert out the same day. He went on the rood and determined my attic fan's cover had blown off. He told Chris the situation and the next day Chris gave me a call with a recommended fix and a very fair estimate. On Thursday the repair work was completed just in time for more rain. Thank you to Chris and his team of professionals.

My roof developed a link and needed repair quickly. On Tops was able to repair and was able to find and report two other trouble areas developing. Thankfully we were able to catch those before a more significant problem developed.

I had a roof replaced in November 2021 by a large roofing company as of April 2023 in Chapter 7. I had numerous issues resolved after installation including several cracked ridge caps, there was one defective ridge cap that had buckled as a result of improper installation, I brought this up last June 2022, and it was dismissed by warranty subcontractor as “tight and fine”. I had a final inspection March 2023 and again brought this up to be replaced, and warranty manager assured me it would be replaced. Warranty manager was a no show and subcontractor did not have ridge cap to install.

I contacted On Tops Roofing, from Roofing Insights directory, Dmitry Lipinskiy and his team rigorously pre qualifies and only allows a very select few of highly reputable roofing contractors approved by Roofing Insights.

I contacted Chris and explained my situation with pictures, and he agreed with me ridge cap was defective and improperly installed by former roofer.

Chris’ team preformed the replacement ridge cap work.
