Joey and Victor showed up on time. They were very professional and excellent answered all my questions and got us up and running by noon very professional.

Had an issue with my heater not working, called On the Go, they had a technician out the next day, Joey was very thorough professional and quick, also helped with warranty on the parts. Cost was fair. 100% would recommend and use again.

New to the area had issue with HVAC system called and they sent a tech out right away. He was way more detailed about the issue and gave us numerous ways to address the problem. I used company to change out my thermostat and was very pleased with work. I now am extremely unhappy and feel duped. My air stopped working 5 October. I called and got appt. next day. He changed out 3 parts which cost 622.28. It only worked for 2 days. I waited till following Monday as I wanted to see if things would be OK and didn't want to pay for weekend call. The boss came out and gave me bid for new system. I ended up hiring a different company which was much more affordable. I called and informed them. I called the next day to see about refund as repair did not work. The lady that answered was very rude and said "no, it worked for a week". I said "no, I told you it only worked 2 days". I asked if boss would consider refund and she said "no, he won't.

The technician showed up earlier than scheduled and had the a/c up and running within an hour or so. Explained everything he wanted to do, took pictures, wrote up a detailed explanation and got the system working again. Great job after a very hot and unhappy weekend. Thanks to Joey!!

These guys saved me a TON of money. My older AC has been freezing up every year in the summer. I hadn’t used this company in the past but wish I had. They didn’t tell me my AC needed parts or replacement but that I needed to use an air filter with less restrictive airflow. I’m very grateful to this company!
