He worked tirelessly to make sure we were satisfied with the work his crew was doing on our house. They did an exceptional job and we are so pleased with their work. On Point Roofing LLC (Hastings, NE) showed up to do an estimate. Estimate came back almost entirely different than was outlined during an in person visit. That was after many, many days following the initial meeting (I had to reach out to them to get the process going). Contacted the rep subsequently and was advised they'd make the corrections and get back with me. Never occurred.
It's my understanding that this enterprise is associated with Maendele Construction and is the same owner. Perhaps he's attempting to rehabilitate his reputation under another business name. That might make sense.
Do your research. There are competent contractors out there that conduct themselves professionally and do good work.
The guy that came here was friendly enough. It didn't seem that he was responsible for putting estimates together, was information gathering and that it was done by others. Otherwise, they were very "OFF point" when it came to submitting an accurate estimate to me.
