GILDO and the crew did a great job on kitchen and our lower level renovation. We had a long laundry list of things to be done: floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, painting, new doorways, HVAC changes, and more. They were very responsive and stayed in constant contact so we always knew what was going on and what the next steps were. They were upfront about the possibility of additional work when our walls were opened up, and (as we'd expected) there was some water damage remediation to be done which they quickly took care of. They handled navigating the Skokie permits and inspections well without any hiccups. The crew worked very clean, removing debris as it was created during the demo phase. I'd definitely use them again for any other project, big or small.

We were looking for a full-service design-build contracting firm that would handle our major kitchen, bedroom, and back porch remodeling project from beginning to end, and On level home solutions was perfect for the job. We greatly appreciated the direction from their designers, the clarity of the contract and overall price, the quality of the workmanship, the good communication, and they even finished the project ahead of schedule! The project involved everything... moved the kitchen from one side of our house to the other which involved a full gut rehab, new framing, some structural work, windows and siding, kitchen utilities, and the all the normal kitchen finishes and details . You cannot ask for more from a contractor than someone who is reliable, does quality work for a reasonable price, is easy to work with, and gets the job done on schedule

We worked with gildo and his team to renovate two townhouses in Newton that are 50+ years old. These are rental properties that had been neglected and poorly maintained by the previous owners. The renovation job was quite extensive (kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, flooring, and more) and we are very pleased with the overall process and results. Gildo is upfront and straightforward - qualities invaluable in a contractor. All renovations are, at times painful and not necessarily fun, but Gildo was always friendly and maintained a good atmosphere.
They were responsive when couple of issues arose and came up with good solutions (quality versus quick fix). As far as the renovation budget, Gildo stuck to the original proposed scope and estimate and was very fair in pricing additional work requested.

I would hire ON level home solutions again in a heartbeat. They take pride in their work and have added tremendous value to our property. Thanks again for the wonderful work!

i just had my master bath and kitchen remodeled using on level home solutions. they did a wonderful job in the expected time frame. after they were done i had to order some things that i had forgotten. they were VERY good about coming back to do the last of the punch list and install the things i had forgotten. i couldn't be happier. i recommend them unconditionally.

as a followup I am in a condo building and there was a water leak in the building that was being blamed in the new work done in my unit. Gildo and his plumber came out quicly and checked everything right away. He also offered to help the building superintendent find the leak and actually made an appointment to come back and help. Before he could do that they found the leak in building’s plumbing in the floor below me. I really appreciate his help with a problem that wasn’t even his.
