Jed and Scott were the best. There were with us at every step in our claim process. Even helped the adjustor see items that were missed in the initial scope of our damage. Big crew of installers completed our steep roof in one day. Never thought I would use “door knockers” but I am glad I did use Omni.

We had a bad storm on 3/31/2023 that seriously damaged our roof requiring the roof to be replaced. We had numerous out of state contractors knocking on our door a few days after the storm; none of which we felt comfortable with singing a contract. We had a few local contractors provide estimates, but it wasn't until our neighbor referred us to OMNI having had their roof replaced recently. We were impressed with the quality of OMNI's workmanship and their employees work ethic. OMNI from the beginning of the process to the end were great. They did what they said they would do. They were thorough in explaining their products and worked well with our insurance company's adjuster in making sure everything they felt needed to be addressed in the adjuster's claim was addressed. Having experienced several contractors estimates and initial impressions, OMNI clearly stood out to us as a roofing company we could trust.
I would recommend OMNI to anyone needing their roof replaced, especially if quality, trust, and great customer service is wanted.

A big thank you to Jason Reels of Omni Exterior..he & his team resided our 100 year old barn & replaced the original roof ..& made it weather tight…so now our barn that my grandfather built should last another 100 years !!..Jason retuned all my calls & answered all my questions in a timely manner…he’s very dependable & we’re very very happy with his work!..

They did an excellent job in the shingling of our entire roof due to storm damage. The only item we were not approve of was the replacing of our gutters. The gutters that were replaced were smaller than what we previously had. So when it rains the gutters can not handle it which makes the rain overflow over the top.

Previous shingle roof was still leaking, so Omni devised a solution and installed a new roof. We haven’t had a leak since.

Twice I’ve called Jason to do my roof replacement after hail damage and twice he has been there for adjuster appointments with my insurance. He answers any questions and helps make sense of the insurance paperwork empowering me to make the right choices to get the work completed. His roofing crews always get started early and both times got the job done in one day. They also do a great job of cleaning up including one guy comes over next day to ensure all materials got picked up & that there is nothing left behind.

Omni Exteriors has done two roof replacements for us in recent years after major wind and hail storms and did an excellent job both times at reasonable cost. More recently, we developed a roof leak after heavy rains and winds and called Jason who responded promptly and had a crew out the next day. It turned out the leak had nothing to do with the roof installation but instead resulted from corrosion in the exposed chimney pipe (or whatever it's called) above the roof. Jason's crew fixed the leak during that same visit, again at a very reasonable cost.

Fast service. Excellent clean up at job site. Great work. On time. Clean look and clean finish. I have recommended this company to my neighbors and to other people many times since their excellent work on my house. I enjoy looking at the quality roof I now have on my home.

Omni Exteriors provided a competitive bid and then delivered on that bid. They didn't get into the job and then identify issues to increase the bid. I really appreciated that. The only small changes from the bid was some rot found under the fascia. I'm glad they took the time to repair it and didn't just go over it. The crew did great work with great attention to detail. Omni did my pitched roof, a portion of flat roof, soffits, fascia, gutters and LP Smartsiding. It was a big job and they did it really well. Very professional and very good communication.

I believe this example illustrates their level of service and focus on the customer. After they tore off my old siding they could see through the holes in my substrate that the insulation in my second floor walls had settled substantially. They said they would pause their work in order for me to find someone that could spray in insulation. This took me about 1 week. Omni was back on the job the day the insulation crew left. My home is now more efficient in additional to looking great thanks to Omni.
