Olympus Roofing is great. They are professional, respectful and responsive. We had new roof put on in the fall, saw a small leak coming down a pipe into our basement after some heavy and wet snow.They sent out Tanner to see what was going on and he found that some old caulking on a venting pipe had failed. Tanner fixed this immediately and I am very pleased with the way they conduct business.

Olympus Roofing was great to work with. They answered questions along the way, they were patient with us having to work with the insurance company. They adjusted to our needs. We had a new roof within a week or two of sending in the check. It was fantastic. Tanner, the sales rep, was great to work with. He was gracious and responsive. 5/5 would recommend.

Had some soffits that needed repair and was surprised at how few companies do that. I called Olympus in the morning and by 1pm Joe was at my house to give me a bid. Within days, the job was done. Five stars.

Whoever decides to work with Olympus Roofing should think about it carefully, please do not be swayed by the $500, $600 discount that they had in some ads. I had 2 houses replaced the whole roof by them in 2018 and now 2024, the roof on one of those houses already leaked. I called back and asked them to take responsibilities and they put the blame on the siding company for not installing the kickout flashing. Note: the roof was installed on existing siding. What a joke. To make it worse, I was led to believe that they would be responsible for the repairs until they showed me an estimate (almost half the cost I paid for an entire proof 6 years ago) 30 minutes before the repairs. Yes, 30 minutes before the repairs started. How professional ... Now I have to scramble trying to fix a leaking proof (that was installed entirely new 6 years ago) and the dry-wall damages a few days before Christmas. Very frustrating.

Olympus Roofing did a great job doing a full roof and gutter replacement. My house is from the 50s and has a flat roof. They replaced what was there with TPO and it looks great and should last a very long time. Cason was great in coordinating all the work. He was super clear about what was happening and when. He also was able to refer me someone to remove and reinstall my solar panels in between the work they were doing. The final invoice even came in several hundred dollars less than the quote because they didn't end up replacing as much plywood as expected. If I'm ever in a different house that needs work done on the roof I'll be giving them a call!

We recently purchased our first home and knew the roof would need to be replaced when we bought it. We got 3 bids and settled on Olympus Roofing, the experience was great from beginning to end, they weren’t the cheapest bid we got but they presented the best quality material and gave us options on drip edge, shingle color and more customization than any other company did. The roof was completed and all old debris was hauled away the same day. I would highly recommend them needing roof work!

I had Olympus Roofing put a new roof on my house 7 years ago. They did an amazing job, I was very pleased with the quality of work they did. We had all of our roof flashings fail on us. The sun deteriorated the rubber boots around the pipes. Come to find out there was a recall on those flashings during that time period. I called Olympus Roofing ( 7 years after installation ) and told them that all my flashings were bad. They came out the same day and replaced all the flashings under warranty. That’s great service

I want to thank Olympus Roofing for the new roof they installed on our home. Joe Fackrell was very thorough on the entire process and assisted us immensely communicating with us and our insurance company. The install was professional and the cleanup was detailed complete. Also, R&R Solar that Joe lined up to remove and reinstall our solar panels were professional and quick. They even cleaned the panels after putting them back up and got things running smoothly. I highly recommend Olympus Roofing to anyone that needs a roof replacement. We had wind and hail damage and Joe Fackrell worked with our insurance company at each step of the way. We couldn't have replaced our roof without his help getting our insurance to pay. They did a beautiful job and it only took 2 days! We are so happy with the results! I couldn’t find any other contractor with a lifetime workmanship guarantee. Price was competitive, came in within $200 of two other companies. I’m happy with it.

We had some shingles flapping and flew off during a wind storm. We had several companies come out and quote us. Olympus Roofing was not only competitive in their pricing and great at communicating, they seemed to have the most thorough evaluation of our roof. They went through and checked the seal on our whole roof gluing down any spot that needed it and made sure to replace any pieces that were cracked. Their customer service was spot on. We were happy to have such a great company to work with.

Our roof was installed by Olympus eight years ago. After working from home during Covid we noticed the upstairs office seemed hot (perhaps due to a tree lost last year?). We asked another roofer for an estimate for additional venting, which he provided. He also noted his work might void the original warranty on the roof and suggested we contact the installer (Olympus). Joe came out and was able to identify the issue. Taron and Enrique arrived a few days later to improve our attic ventilation at the ridge. The repair team also walked the roof replacing two shingles (also damaged in previously mentioned windstorm). Even though we are eight years in, Olympus covered the improvement under warranty. Thank you Olympus!

They are amazing, I have told my friends about them and if they ever need their roof replaced to go to these guys. My dad has done 6 or 7 roofs between properties and my brother went through them.

Olympus Roofing did a great job on our flat roof. They proactively communicated through the entire process and didn’t leave a trace as they left the job site.

A little bit of miscommunication in the beginning but once the guys got there, they were friendly, hard working and did a great job.

The service and repairs were excellent, but the cost was incredibly high. We had some shingles blown off our roof during a wind storm. The repair ended up being just two shingles. It took two people about an hour to repair it, and the cost was $850. They have a minimum charge of $700 for any visit. When I think about the cost of travel, wages, and material, it seems like the cost could have easily been half or even a fourth of what we were billed. When I originally agreed to it, I had thought that it would be a bigger repair than it was.

While I would consider using them again for a larger job like a whole roof repair because of their professionalism, I will be looking elsewhere for small jobs like a couple of blown-off shingles.

Olympus Roofing was very professional and did a great job redoing our shingles. Their sales pitch was strong, but friendly and not pushy, with no gimmicky "calling the manager" to get a better price. They simply quoted their best price and it was right in range with others. I liked that they had a project manager here and available throughout the day of the work. They did a great job of cleanup afterward - I've only found one nail in the lawn in the 3 weeks since they were here! And that was with removing two layers of shingles, along with maybe 10,000 nails! An excellent experience.

Joe, our salesperson, went out of his way to educate us, help us understand all our options, and revised our quote several times to make sure we understood the pricing of the different options for our roof and could make the best decisions for our budget. He brought samples to help with color choices. He inspected our attic which the other bidders didn’t do, found issues and details and damage in his inspection of the roof that others didn’t find, and even tarped a vulnerable area (exposed roofing felt), and sent us pictures. We had damage and Olympus worked well with our insurance. We were a part of the process and kept informed for everything, we felt well educated on the details. We selected Olympus over 3 other companies due to their thoroughness and service level, transparency and competitive pricing, overall the best all around package. We worked with Joe our salesman and the owner, both were very good to work with. A very good experience, highly recommended.

Our 23-year shingle roof had a leak so I researched to find the best roofing companies in the Salt Lake Valley. The four I found were extremely professional and qualified. Olympus Roofing stood out, though, head and shoulders above the others. The CEO himself came to the house, examined and measured the roof, and explained that the 50-year warranty on the GAF shingles that the other companies recommended wouldn't be covered under warranty because the pitch on our "flat" roof was less than the 2.12 minimum for shingles. Olympus was only two of the four companies that advised instead a TPO membrane roof. After getting the four new TPO estimates, Olympus's bid came in 16 to 57 percent lower than the others and less than all the shingle bids. But that's only the beginning of why I am over the moon selecting Olympus. The materials they used were of the highest grade and after removing the shingles they replaced rotten plywood at no extra cost. Project manager, Ivan, came to the house before, during and after to inspect the work, answer questions, and to make certain we were satisfied. Almost all of the project was completed in one day and Ivan was present for much of that time. The team of five had a century of roofing experience among them. Our crew chief, Noé and his brother José, were the same crew chiefs that roofed the LDS Bountiful, Timpanogas, St. George, Mexico City, Hawaii, and Seattle LDS temples. It was unbelievable to learn that a team with this much experience was working on our humble home. Everyone in the company from the CEO down to the office staff went the extra mile to treat us like royalty. While I've given five star ratings in the past, this experience with Olympus Roofing is one of those times that I wish I could award extra stars. We are beyond pleased!

I recommend Olympus Roofing. The crew did an excellent job and finished the removal and installation within one day. Vents were added so the attic has proper ventilation. The area around the home was left cleaner than before they started. They answered questions and communicated the timing of the installation. The estimator took pictures of the roof and explained the condition of the shingles. He answered all my questions. The new roof has enhanced the appearance of the house. I also watch another crew of the company perform great work and careful cleanup at a neighbor's house.

Lowerst pricing for complete redecking and shingles out of 3 companies I had come to inspect my house. They were able to elevate my gutter situation as well. I have an older house so I am sure they had their work cut out for them. They also added TPO to my low slope sunroom. I was very hesitant cause i thought it would look absurd, but it looks fairly seamless. Overall, I have only had my roof for 2 weeks but Olympus did a great job! Thanks!

Olympus did a great job installing our new roof. It’s beautiful! They were also meticulous in cleaning up the old shingles and nails in the yard. The only negative is that experienced continued delays in getting their gutter subcontractor to come out to finish the job. They were anxious to get their final payment, which I understand, but they needed to finish the job first.

Olympus Roofing was great. This was our first re-roofing experience after living here since 2003. The old shingle roof was about 25 years old, showing signs of age, and when a leak developed after a moderate rain, we decided it was time to replace it. We sought several bids, but only a few companies responded, and Olympus was the ONLY one that bothered to come out and actually look at our roof and any special needs. All the others either responded strictly by looking at an a remote database of homes an estimating roof size and making assumptions without actually looking at our roof. We have a shallow pitch large roof so our situation was a little unique, and only Olympus made the effort to assess our real needs. The estimate was very fair and detailed. We went with a new “TPO” type roof since our roof pitch is shallow. They came out on a Friday and were done Saturday afternoon. They did a great cleanup and removed the debris trailer Saturday evening. We’re also working with them to coordinate some additional needed work on skylights and the surrounding facia. I’d highly recommend Olympus to anyone. They responded well to our needs, did great work, were very timely, cleaned up very well, and we’re very happy with the results.
