Worst place I’ve bought a vehicle from. Within 30 minutes of taking it off the lot the check engine light came on. Within 2 weeks needed new breaks, roaters, and calipers. Not even a full month into having it I need new injectors and need to replace the engine cooling system along with several other issues. I tried contacting the dealership about the issues and they don’t seem to care about how they sell bad vehicles!!

The Service Department went through my list of items I wanted checked out. Actually told me the alignment on my truck was okay and didn’t have to do it. Everything else was completed and ended up with total for services performed less than I had expected. I will definitely be back when I need service again.

called in inquire about a price (which was not listed). the person who answered wanted personal information first - i replied that i just wanted to know the price - they then said something rude and hung up! guess i didn't need to know the price after all! no other dealership i have been calling has needed this info, or have been this disrespectful!

They gave out my personal phone number to another customer without my permission. When I contacted them about it, they just blew me off like it was beneath them to address the issue. Tried contacting them multiple times and was told oh we'll contact you back with a resolution. Never a peep. Will not use them again for anything. If you value your privacy they are not the ones.

I had a great experience charging at Protrollo Chevrolet. Their level 3 charger is in a reasonably out of the way place so you don't feel like you're in the way of their regular business. The general manager came out to chat with us while we were charging, was really friendly, and welcomed us in to use the restrooms, vending machines, or grab a complementary coffee. It was a really nice experience and I appreciate it especially considering the limited charging infrastructure in SD. Thanks again
