Jerrod and his team responded exceptionally quick for my request of service. Within 24 hours Jerrod evaluated the project, advised me of the work required, and provided an estimate of cost. Once accepted he scheduled a date of repair, less than 4 workdays post acceptance. He arrived on time and made the required repairs as proposed as well as additional complementary work to assure the job was done correctly. It was a pleasure working with such a professional and courteous individual such as Jerrod who also provided outstanding craftsmanship.

We had a great experience working with Jerrod/ Olympian Roofs. We got 4 estimates to replace our existing roof, and chose to go with Jerrod because he seemed to be the most organized, knowledgeable, honest and he was also very patient with our many questions. Also he had one of the best warranties that we could find, which certainly did not hurt.

Left for work, came home to a brand new roof! Couldn’t be anymore pleased with my Olympian Roof roof! Jerrod and his crew were such a joy and very helpful. I came home at lunch and the entire crew was professional, methodical, upbeat, and friendly. I Never once worried about what I was getting! Jerrod completely explained the process and materials being used. I will use Olympian Roof again.

Several weeks have passed and there haven’t been any problems or unexpected surprises. Jerrod diligently followed up and got my final permit approval and warranty certificate. He’s gone above and beyond.

It’s Month 3. I sold that house on month 2. Buyer’s Home owner’s insurance was a lot lower than what I paid before installation of the roof. Cha Ching! For him at least! For me, the new roof made the house much easier to sell. We received an offer in just over 2 weeks. That house was good to me. I’m happy I was able to pass it on in better shape than how I bought it.

Jerrod was a good communicator throughout the process. Followed up quickly. Got line item estimates and quotes. Job did not cost a 0.1 over what he said it would. They cleaned up behind themselves and Im pleased with the work.

My experience with Olympian Roof was 5 Star. My 100+ year old structure had its challenges. I could go on and on but will say, no issue was too great for Olympian to remedy. I highly recommend this company for any roofing project.
