Great communication, excellent job on the work and great job cleaning up and not damaging things around my house. I highly recommend Oltman. They are local and they take pride in their work. Very fair pricing too.

About a year ago, my fiancé hired this company to come take care of the roof at our home. They refused to work with insurance company to get claim approved, and only “repaired” the roof. That lasted all of 6 months, the shingles they “repaired” literally fell off of the house. When we tried to contact them again, they never called us back or even tried to reach out to us. The shingles they used did not work with our existing shingles, and were put on improperly. We had a very poor experience with this company and do not recommend them at all. Ultimately we decided to go with a different company who in two weeks has already done more for us than oltman did in over 6 months.

I got a roof from Oltman's 13 years ago, and Chad Oltman came over and fixed a small leak with no charge, I would recommend them to anyone for any roof work they need.

Chad and his crew are very professional and friendly. He called me back immediately and came out to do an estimate. I would highly recommend for any of your roofing or gutter needs.

Great price and fast service. When his team left, you couldn't even tell that someone was there... clean up was great!

I've never had to replace a roof, so I have no past experience to compare. But, this whole process with Oltman Roofing has been wonderful! I appreciated how quickly they responded to emails and calls and with how well they have communicated with me. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. They were willing to make many trips to my house to measure, meet with the adjuster, drop off samples, etc. Oh, about the crew; they amazed me! I expected the work to take at least a couple of days. They knocked it out in one, and on top of that, they did a truly amazing job cleaning up! It's like they were never even there. I didn't get the lead guy's name on the crew, but he was very considerate and accommodating to my wife getting the car out of the garage when she was blocked it (we should have already had the car out of the garage). I was impressed with how efficiently the whole crew worked despite the blazing heat! AND, they roof looks incredible! It makes the house look brand new. I will certainly recommend you guys to anyone I know needing a new roof.

Oltman Roofing replaced our roof in June 2018. They did an excellent job from start to finish! Jason met with me after hours, presented a thorough estimate, and advice about the materials. Ashley was prompt in providing their insurance information. I had gotten four estimates for the job. Oltman's Roofing was mid-range in the pricing, but $2000 less expensive than the highest quote. I chose this company because of the personal attention I received during the bid process. They delivered everything that Jason estimated, finished the project timely, and followed up to be sure we were satisfied. That's the way a business should be run! Well done, Oltman Roofing!

Oltman roofing did a great job on replacing our roof. The process was easy and the project was finished on time.

Couldn't have had a better experience! Lori and Grant were prompt, thorough, and were constantly updating me through the entire process as to where the job stood and schedule changes. Work was done on-time and as expected, to include completing some repairs they uncovered during the job.

They did a beautiful job re-roofing our mountain home, and did it without a lot of owner supervision. Also provided a very nice warranty.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience with Oltman Roofing. My husband and I were more than impressed with the attitude and workmanship of the men who installed our new roof. I can't even tell you how I have highly recommended Oltman to everyone I know.

Could not ask for things to go better. They came out and give me the estimate, I made the claim with the insurance company. After the insurance company give the green light for the work, Oltman Roofing finished the dealing with the insurance company. They ordered the tin and give me the time frame of all the work. Took less than 2 days to do my house and shop. I will never use anyone but them from now on. They have even done my dad's house and his son in laws house.

Want to say thanks to the members of Oltman roofing. After a windstorm took off several shingles ( not enough for my insurance to cover) I called them. They were very polite and quick to respond. The same day service was wonderful as I did not have to take more time off from my work. They made a few recommendations that I will need to budget for in future, but for now they got my immediate worries resolved. I will most definitely do business with them again.
