Olson Masonry did a fantastic job replacing our chimney. They were professional, on time, and the quality of work was outstanding. They kept the area clean and finished the job exactly when they said they would. Highly recommend them for any masonry needs!

Greg did a wonderful job repairing our chimney down to the roof line and building it back up. I was very worried that the chimney would look worse (as it is in the front of the house) after the repair, but I was pleasantly surprised. He had attention to detail and helped us pick the right brick for the job. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I recommended him to a family member and he fixed up their chimney as well. No problems!

We were referred to Olson Masonry from a local well known remodeling contractor. Our chimney on our 1902 home was starting to tip over and needed to be repaired. I was very concerned about honoring the historic look and integrity of our chimney and Olson Masonry was recommended as “they are the best”. Olson’s crew assessed our entire chimney quickly, suggested a cost effective repair that re-used our original brick, and only rebuilt it roof up; they didn’t oversell. They scheduled us in and completed the project in the timeline as communicated and for the cost quoted. There were no surprises.

We liked their work so much we have had them back for two other projects. They repaired an interior chimney we recently exposed during a remodeling project, and just recently completed another big project to revert our front porch back to the original 1902 look, this time using new brick that blended imperceptibly with our older brick on the rest of the house (previous homeowners put stucco over the original brick and we couldn’t stand the look).

All projects have been reasonably priced, completed as communicated and the quality is excellent. They arrive on time, work full days, they provide timely updates as the project progressed and gave us the opportunity to make some mid-project decisions as they had a few surprises on our old house. Their crew is talented and they worked hard to meet our high expectations while keeping costs in mind the whole time.
