We had 2 ash trees removed. They came as scheduled, cut down the trees, and cleaned everything up as expected. Jason was the foreman on the job and was very nice to work with. ArborGold was prompt with what I felt was a reasonable estimate. Tonya, the contact in the office, answered all of our questions about the estimate. Arbor Gold did a great job! The rate was very competitive. The crew was professional and they did a thorough clean up job. Arbor Gold was in regular communication with me and their were no surprises. I am 100% satisfied.

Great job done on my oak. Initial salesperson was polite and professional, and the arborist/estimator who followed up was just as pleasant and easy going. The crew showed up as expected and again nice folks, made short work of trimming back the tree, deadwood removal, and getting the smalller stuff towards the bottom. Very good service, price was extremely reasonable, great people, definitely far better than I was expecting. They'll be first on my list for work on trees on the back lot this year.

My background is 60+years of farm, construction, and railroad heavy equipment, and I heat with wood, so I notice the nuances of techniques, efficiency, production, and safety training.

Arborgold rep Dan was cold door knocking last fall. I am rebuilding a house and had a large oak arm over the bedrooms I wanted to remove for safety reasons, so I got a quote. Their suggestion was to remove weight and limbs instead of the whole arm. That saved me a lot of money, kept some shading, and didn’t leave a gaping visual hole in the canopy. Definitely what was best for customer, not upselling.

Because of oak wilt, I did not want spike climbing, and also waited until cold weather. They had a crew of 4, had a lift, roped everything down, and got it done in 2-3 hours. They worked efficiently, safely, good crew relationships, Jason is a good leader. Only been a week and I have recommended them twice. Thanks, kcj

I would recommend Arbor Gold Inc. due to no fault of there's we ended up pushing back three different times (Minnesota snowy weather) but when the weather allowed they were able to to completed the job of trimming up Four over grown trees 2 maple and 2 ash trees, the trees look amazing and the canopies look very even with each other. They were very professional and clean up was great.

We had Arbor Gold remove a number of ash trees. They were amazing! They took great care in cleaning up and their climbers were careful to bring down branches from very difficult spots on the property! The owner came to supervise and was extremely helpful in giving advice about other trees as well! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any job, large or small and they are very competitively priced!

I highly recommend Arbor Gold! The quote price by Dan was given to us right away and he also looked at our trees health. The crew shaped and trimmed all of our trees which are 28 years old in a very efficient professional manner, and cleaned up right away. They also offered up stump grinding of trees that were taken down. Love the new look of our yard!!!
