Just like new again! Mike, Cole, and Chuck did a fantastic job getting my bathrooms back in tip-top shape. Long story short, (hail, leaks, water, ceilings, walls, mold, damage). From start to finish, the “Terrific Trio” took great care of my family and I would recommend their services to anyone in need!

ServiceMaster in St Cloud has such an amazing, empathetic and hard working staff.

I would recommend this outfit to ANYONE experiencing damage from water, fire, smoke and/or mold. It's just nice to have been able to find a company that helped explain the process, rather then tell me what they were going to do.

The project managers were so kind and patient with my wife's MILLION questions. Highly recommend ServiceMaster!!!

Save yourself from a constant headache and dealing with people who refuse to take pride in the job they are contracted to do. Out of all the people, over SEVERAL months (of excuses), that the Servicemaster has sent to our home, only one person has shown pride in their job. SM accepted the job back on October 24... it's January 25, and here I am, regretting every second of giving them our business. They will not come out to check a complaint for themselves, even when asked. If a bid is too far from them, perhaps they should let people know it will come with limitations before taking their money. If you want snappy comebacks, incompetency, and excuses to extend their timeline at their convenience... go for them. Oh, they are not even BBB-certified.

Great personnel, great service. Took charge and just did what they KNEW needed to be done, whether I knew it needed to be done to protect my property long term, or not. Great group of people !!

Had two area rugs cleaned before I moved. Finally got to open them up and they looked absolutely horrible. When going to pick up the rugs in person, not once did the staff mention they had any trouble cleaning my rugs. They acted like everything went perfectly and charged me full price. Maybe moving forward, they should let people look at their rugs before they roll them up tight and ship them out the door? Just a thought.

We had a water pipe in our basement freeze and break which caused water to run over almost our entire basement. David the water tech was amazing to work with. They had someone at my house less than 2 hours of reporting the water issue. They have been amazing through this process of getting all the flooring torn out, the basement dried up and their pack out team was here within a couple days to go through everything and get it packed up and hauled out of the basement until all sheetrock and flooring has been repaired or installed. I highly recommend them. If something like this ever happened again I would definitely use them.

Service master does a great job at a great price. They are quick to come out if there is an emergency situation.

We had extensive water and mold damage caused from water backing up under shingles as a result of ice jam. Crew was great and as they were opening up they found water damage and mold. They then would continue to open up and take moisture readings until they were able to see acceptable results. Hard working and friendly answering any and all questions.

ServiceMaster and team were quick to respond to our water issues. They provided us with knowledge advise and excellent service. They were able to get our home dried out and prevent additional damage.

My sewer backed up not once but twice, and Service Master crews got it all completely cleaned up in a safe professional way. Very good service in the cleanup department. Unfortunately they are unable to complete the job of reconstruction of my basement, for which I am deeply disappointed!

We had an excellent crew assist with our recent water damage and we want to ensure they’re recognized for their hard work!! The team was very thorough & knowledgable in their analysis of the water damage in our house. They were understanding of our concerns with insurance and answered our questions to their best ability. The demolition team, Kyle & Jamie, did a fantastic job in our kitchen and basement, even staying late into the afternoon/early evening to get the job done after running into some unexpected issues. Chris has been communicating with us throughout the process and inspecting the work to ensure it is quality. My wife and I, despite the circumstance, very much enjoyed working with our ServiceMaster crew and highly, highly recommend their services.
