I worked with New Town Painters on a painting project that included the interior of my home, the inside of my garage and the exterior trim of my home. New Town Partners has done several project for me in the past (other painting projects, drywall repair projects and a roof replacement). These are my "go to" folks every time I need such work. This specific painting project looks terrific. Frank and his team are true professionals that know what they are doing - and execute the work perfectly. New Town Painters has done amazing work for us. We have worked with them numerous times since 2007. We did a major addition with lots of wood work, so staining and painting. All done perfectly. They did a fantastic job on the exterior of our house, painted, chalked windows and siding. We also hired them to paint my father in laws house did a great job patching cracked a flaking texture on the ceiling and walls. I absolutely recommend New Town Painters for all work.

When I was searching for exterior house painters, I wanted to hire as local as possible. Frank came himself (with his young son) to review our house for the estimate. He was thorough and took time to explain every step.

I had a special request that he 100% accommodated: the work had to be started and completed within 2 weeks while my husband was out of town -- it was a birthday surprise. He and the crew pulled it off! The crew was fast, careful and respectful of my property and time. They were totally accommodating when I asked them to redo something differently. My husband was blown away that there wasn't even a fleck of old paint from the power washing or scraping anywhere on the property.

My husband and I (and some of our sons) have painted our house several times ourselves over the decades so we were well aware of the challenges of reaching our tall, hard-to-reach peaks and dangerous steep roof line.

New Town won't be the "cheapest" company to hire but you will definitely get what you pay for. No regrets here. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We have been using New Town Painters for the last 15 years. We recently had our bedroom and master bathroom painted and a ceiling repaired. Frank and his team did a beautiful job, and they were able to blend the ceiling repair without having to do the entire ceiling on that level. They always use the highest quality materials and take the time to do the best job possible. There are cheaper companies out there, but the job that New Town Painters does is truly superior. We will also be having New Town paint the exterior of our home again next spring after having done it previously 14 years ago! That's a great paint job :).

You always hope the reviews you read are true but still have that sinking feeling that your experience is going to be the exception and not the rule. Well, that sinking feeling was proven wrong after receiving a new roof with updated decking, seamless gutters, wrapped fascia and new soffits. The crew from New Town demonstrated superb craftsmanship with all these aspects of the completed job and we couldn't be more pleased. Frank and Steve were very pleasant to work with and were very helpful when dealing with the insurance details. Once the work was started I had neighbors commenting on how their workers were like a well-oiled machine and I was always amazed at the progress achieved each day. Many times I saw Frank working with them making sure the job was being done right.

After a hailstorm in August, Frank from New Town Exteriors and Painters looked at our roof and determined that there was enough damage to submit a claim. When the insurance inspector came to inspect the roof, Frank was also there to make sure all damage was identified. Once approved, New Town Exteriors and Painters did an excellent job replacing our roof. Roof was replaced in one day and the whole process only took 6 weeks. When the job was finished, they picked up all the old shingles and shingle nails out of the lawn, rocks and scrubs. They do quality work.

New Town replaced our roof and it looks beautiful, in fact we get compliments from neighbors and visitors. Frank is a pleasure to work with, he has high standards for the quality of their work and genuinely wants his clients to be pleased with the end result. We would definitely work with him again.

We had extensive hail damage to our roof and siding in May 2022 so my husband and I met with at least four contractors to see who we wanted to go with. We found Frank and his company New Town from the local "Five Star Rated" pamphlet that the county sends out every year, which gives a brief overview of the company accreditations, years in the business, and specialty.

Frank, the owner himself, came out to talk with my husband and I. He was quick to set up an appointment, took in what damage was done, and listened to what we wanted to have done while providing expert advise. He didn't brag that he does "hundreds of houses," something that makes us think that the jobs are done quickly with little care for quality; rather he talked about how he focuses on jobs to ensure our needs are met. He was the only one of the four contractors who hauled out his own ladder and looked at our roof, something that impressed my husband and I; it made us feel like he was double checking what the insurance adjustor had decided and knew how to play the game. Frank has someone on his staff who used to be an insurance adjuster so that person knows how to best approach and mediate between insurance, New Town, and us as the clients without creating undue stress for us. Frank was willing to meet with us at the local supply company so we could best look at samples and create a 3D model of what our house would look like in terms of color, style, and brands. We had plenty of time to make decisions on our own prior to meeting him, which made the meetings more efficient.

After our decisions were made, the demolition and renovation started within two weeks. We had up to date near-daily contact from Frank as when materials would arrive, when a certain project would start, and what would work for us. We felt like we were respected and partners in this project, knowing what was going on and when. If there was a question or a problem, Frank himself would problem solve or he would have Steve, his partner, handle it. We never had to wait longer than a day or two to have something fixed - oftentimes a problem in the morning would be solved later the same day. The crews cleaned up after themselves but Frank or Steve would also come and help tidy things up. The roof was done within a day; the siding took a little longer but the crew was done within a week. My neighbors were impressed how fast the work was done and the quality of the work.

After siding was done, we had several walk throughs with Steve to ensure nothing was missed or out of place. Everything was completed beyond our satisfaction. Billing was super easy, as well; New Town uses Quickbooks and payment can be made online, as well as seeing the full detailed invoice. The business is super streamlined and made us feel confident that we made the correct choice. We would highly recommend New Town and Frank and would use their services again in a heartbeat.

This is the third time we've hired New Town Painters to work on our home. The first two times were painting the interior, first the lower level, then the upper level of our 4000 square foot walkout rambler. Most recently, we brought them back to paint the acrylic stucco and steel doors encompassing the exterior of our home, and put a masonry wash on the exterior stone on the front facade and concrete steps. We have been so impressed by their excellent workmanship and attention to detail - even the biggest project was perfectly executed. They kept their work areas clean, trim and fixtures were taped off as needed and were quickly and cleanly removed as soon as possible, and they left nothing behind but the left over paint for our use on future touch-ups. And the communication from Frank was frequent and timely, from the timing and scheduling of the job, through the paint and color selection, to the final walk through and sign off process. He and the painter on site (thank you Matt!) kept us involved in dialogue so we could address questions as the job progressed rather than having to backtrack and make changes. We can't say enough about New Town Painters - they're the best!

NTE provided the labor, materials and advice for the new exterior on our existing home. As a retired architect I knew how I wanted our home to look and provided a design concept to Frank. He reviewed the concept and offered some great advice on how to achieve the "look" I wanted and saving cost along the way. Once started, his team was outstanding in their workmanship, attitude and regular cleanup. Frank was present many of the days to make sure I was satisfied and to make any adjustments I needed. In a summer storm a tree fell on my roof and chimney. New Town Exteriors was amazing in helping me through the insurance process and doing very good work in restoring my damaged house. They handled every area which included roofing, painting, a skylight and a chimney; also rebuilding the corner which was smashed. Frank is great to work with. Thorough and proactive.

Had a terrible experience with New Town owner. So many delays and poor, misleading communication. He wasted so much of our time and after 2 years, still did not fix damage by his crew and did not handle it directly or in a timely enough manner for us to make other arrangements. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Make sure you get everything in writing. A lot of empty promises.
