Angie (both my salesperson and Finance Manager) made my first out-of-state car buying experience extremely pleasant and stress-free. When you are shopping for a vehicle you prepare yourself mentally for pushy-salesman, but this dealership/Angie was unlike any other dealership/salesperson I have worked with.

Prior to reaching out to Angie at OK Chevrolet, I was working on a deal with Chevy on 30 in Indiana. I had the worst experience EVER and walked away from the deal. As you can imagine, I felt violated for being lied to. When we found an even better vehicle match at OK Chevy, I called the dealership and Angie was completely transparent and straight forward with the pricing and fees. My husband and I made our decision instantly within 5 minutes of speaking with Angie. We just knew we could trust her within minutes of meeting her on the phone.

Being this was an out-of-state purchase, we had to make arrangements to transport our new vehicle to our home. I was happy this dealership allowed us to shop around and choose our own carrier, unlike Chevy on 30 that was requiring us to use the carrier they use at double the going rate (aka hidden fees). Angie was so patient and very accommodating to our needs and extremely supportive.

Despite the nuances that comes with out-of-state purchases, I would hands-down purchase another vehicle from Angie at OK Chevy. Thank you, Angie and OK Chevy for giving us such an amazing, hassle-free and truly unexpected car buying experience.

I have been working with OK Chevrolet For a New Chevy Blazer that is currently being built just for me! Im so excited and the sales staff of OK Chevrolet have been Wonderful!!
However, I have been driving a 2013 Subaru Outback for almost 10 years, it's starting to fail! My husband told me of a used 2019 Subaru Outback at OK Chevrolet that could possibly be a newer vehicle for me to drive until my Blazer if finished! This vehicle is located at OK Chevrolet in Tonasket WA! These people are so wonderful not only did they help me get this vehicle, They delivered it to my home in Idaho which is almost 250 miles away from the dealership, not only that it had a full tank of gas!

I would give a 0 star rating if I could, they charged me 40 bucks just to tell me the part I had on it was fine instead of replacing it, then tried to sell me balljoints that were going to cost 500 just to put in, pfft. I'll take my shitbox elsewhere.

We had a particular make, model, color and price point and it was found and at the lot in I think about two weeks! They found one quicker but it didn't meet their standards so they asked us to wait. Will be back again!

They found the problem with my car pretty much right away it was fixed and just a couple days good job

Rotated my tires for $20! Had a 9 o'clock appointment and the didn't get my pick up on the lift till 9 20. Not awful but not awesome when your waiting on it. Otherwise professional from what I could see.

Bought a truck back in February. Took them over a week to even get us the truck from auction. Not even 500 miles on the truck and the transmission goes out and how convenient, the warranty wont cover it. Talked to Nick ONCE. Was told we would get a call back, haven't heard from anyone in over a month. Tried calling the owner, no answer either. So they're either conveniently always gone, or were getting ignored. Kinda bummed considering we went out of our way to buy from nick because he used to run choice auto and actually cared about his customers.

We limped into town trying to find an auto mechanic place open on a Saturday that could jack up our back end of the SUV and check out our rear tire that was clunking. Everyone was closed except Chevrolet OK so we ended up there. Unfortunately the service department was close but Nick & Joseph came out and offered to jack our SUV up and see the issue at the very least. They helped us find one problem enough to get us to NAPA where we got some parts and tools and fixed the issue. We are incredibly greatful that they were willing to help us. Super nice guys, great customer service!

Bought a Subaru Forester from Them & It's Already Broken Down In 8 Months. Don't Buy From Them. They Say They Inspect The Car But Why Did Water Pump Fail Which Led To Heads Blown. If You Do Buy From Them Make Sure You Get Warranty. Just Another Small Town Dealer That Doesn't Really Stand By Their Customer.

Consistently frustrating experience. They will write you up for an estimate and then not schedule it correctly, and tell you they have loaner cars and then try to charge you for rental fees. There seems to be no communication between the staff and they must be incredibly unorganized because they manage to waste as much of your time as they can even when you call ahead to confirm your appointments. Too bad I'm going to have to find a new dealership to service my vehicle and to buy future vehicles at.

Cheers to OK, as Lance and Angie Did everything in there power to make our car shopping experience Positive and stress free. We originally bought a very nice Chevy Cruze, however there was an Issue the first day. Angie and Lance had that car up on the rack and my family into a loaner with no hassle. Unfortunately the repair did not hold, so they UNWOUND the deal and got us into a Very nice low mileage car... Now most dealers would have told me to deal with it, and would have been Stuck! OK went above and beyond to make the entire experience positive, and professional. There prices are very fair, there service was great, and the atmosphere was calm. Thank You!

Friendly staff terrible service. I went in for a lube oil and filter. They did not lube all of the grease fittings, check the brake fliud or complete the multi-point inspection check list right. Have not got around to see what else they missed. I took it in to have it serviced as it is getting to hard for me to do them myself, but after this having to go over and do the things that I paid them to do I will find someplace else to do it.
