Working with Blossom Solar was an amazing experience end to end. They helped us understand the capability and options for solar at our residence, worked with our old house with bad wiring setup to run everything, worked hard to resolve issues during install, we're extremely professional Onsite at all stages of install, rapidly worked with Enphase to resolve a panel issue, pushed PSE to get rapid reviews of everything and our net metering approvals, etc...

We have an extremely large 23.1 system with 55 panels and 10kwh battery backup that required a lot of extra equipment. We also have a new metal roof and requirements not to drill through it for install to preserve the warranty. They delivered above and beyond.

Even after the setup was completed and fully paid for, they helped answer in-depth questions regarding how everything was expected to work through the Enphase app and it's many options.

Would highly recommend them to anyone else considering solar.

Blossom Solar was very helpful in the design and installation of our solar panels. Their costs were up front and cheaper than another solar company that offered a discount. There were 2 minor glitches which affected our completion date. They didn't warn us when the email was sent calling for the first payment and it ended up in junk mail. We lost a week waiting for PSE to commission the system because the solar breakers were not on when PSE first came by. Otherwise, satisfied with their service and won't hesitate to recommend Blossom Solar.

Great experience with the sales process with Zoom meetings and in-depth understanding of precisely what we wanted our system to do.

Installation was FAST and minimally intrusive. We had 36 panel system installed within two days (obviously lucky with weather and newer house).

There was a bit of contact breakdown directly after the installation and with permitting, but it was all easily rectified and we were producing within days of installation:)

Every call was answered and typically picked up first few rings. The contact breakdown we think occurred because of a computer error on Blossoms side when our sales contact went on vacation and we got 'shunted' to other people, often getting 2-3 calls/texts from 2 different sales people trying to accomplish 1 thing, but everything still got done.

It's fantastic to support a great, local (to WA) company that is very trustworthy. You never feel forgotten or abandoned like you read online horror stories about PV scams. Very reasonably priced and also terrific we have top-line panels that are made 30mi north in Burlington and further in Bellingham!

We are very pleased with the experience and service level/support and best of all was our desired outcome was paid heed to and not just cookie cutter assumptions like half of the other quotes we got.

I will recommend them to friends and family (already have) and to whomever reads this.

*We used our own financing and never saw what was offered (briefl), but it looked like a variety of options.

The was accommodating to my schedule and design preferences. No hard sell for extras. The staff help with the permitting processes and the HOA. The installation was performed in two days and appears to working great. The price was also lower than other bidder with similar but slightly better design that got an extra panel in the same space

Blossom gave us a competitive quote. We had a choice of a couple of panel manufactures. They installed the solar rather quickly, coordinated the permitting and PSE inspection, and we are up and running. Really pretty simple. Recommend.

The Blossom team was very efficient and timely, both with getting me a competitive quote and fitting the job in quickly. The installation crew was courteous, fast and clean. The Enphase app is a great way to monitor the performance of the panels.

Blossom Solar is a top-notch organization. From my first call my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Working with Deseree Hernandez I was able to ask a lot of questions and she even
arranged for a technician to come out to answer questions about battery size based on circuits I wanted on battery backup. Out of the three companies I contacted Blossom seemed to be the one most interested in answering all my many questions. I was then able to sign a contract with full confidence that I had made the proper choice. Installation of the system was a great experience. Inspections went well. All of Blossom Solar administrative staff and installer were very professional. I highly recommend Blossom Solar for your solar needs.

Blossom Solar was the BEST! I'd give 10 stars if I could. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and completed everything on time and as promised. Even better, when there was a problem with turning on the system (which was not their fault at all), the whole team went above and beyond to get it solved quickly.
